The convenience of being in walking distance to everything

The small cramped room. The fact that we asked for maid service and didn’t get it. The fact that it was very noisy

We stayed at the hotel, but next year want to be at the main hotel on bardwalk

Needs some up dates, main problem was noise , very loud talking and slamming door in the early hours of the morning.

the property needed an upgrade 20 years ago. the carpet is gross throughout, not just in the room; stains everywhere. It also had a weird smell to it in certain areas (maybe that was the other people staying there?).

Place was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Location. Staff was on top of stuff.

Room smalll but adequate. Could have been cleaned a little better. Found a baby bottle under one bed. No tissues in room. Bathroom fan noisy. Hallway carpet worn out.

The location of the hotel was wonderful. Everything was located in a good range and there was ample amount of parking. The staff at the front desk were super nice and even gave us pointers for things to do and places to eat.

The room was dirty. I moved the night stand to check for bugs and found dirt/makeup someone left behind. We also found hair in the bathtub and our TV didn’t work at all. This property does not look like the pictures displayed and that was disappointing. We also had an AC unit but it didn’t blow out cold air even when turned to the correct setting. I thought we would give this property a shot after reading the reviews but it’s far worse then people are letting on.
