Amazing friendly and helpful staff really nice place to stay great facilities close to the beach

The hotel itself is excellent. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, good location. There is a walking path to go to the beach that google maps doesn’t show. You don’t actually need to go all the way around. Just turn left when you exit the hotel and you will be at the beach in 4 min. There is a small gym which is a bonus. Could be improved as half of the equipments were ooo. We used it everyday regardless.

Breakfast is ok but missing variety. Good for 2 days then you get tired of it. The street that gives access to the hotel is REALLY bad. I thought people were exaggerating but they were not. If it rains you run the risk of walking in mud. It’s ok for the young ones, as it’s an adventure. But I saw some older people and please with luggage’s really struggling. Can blame the hotel for that, but I guess this reflects on the price of the rooms, as they are aware of this issue.

Staff and location.

The street going to the beach is muddy and not small.

The pool was lovely. My room was clean.

The sheets were rough. My shower didn’t drain properly. The gym needs to be updated. Very little equipment that I ended up paying for a pass to go to a gym at another hotel. Couldn’t charge my devices while I was gone since your hotel key card is what turns on the electricity in your room.

Excellent service from the staff and good attitude

The wifi was too weak. The pillows were too “high” and hard that it was impossible for me to sleep. Called the reception around 2am and requested another pillow, but they gave me the exact same pillow. In the picture it shows that there is a square “sofa” pillow, but it wasnt there when we arrived. I requested it and told me that it wasn’t available and that they’ll check if they have available for tomorrow. Never heard from them again. Only slept for 3 hrs that day. In breakfast, they gave me a glass of water that didn’t taste right. I thought maybe there’s a flavour to it (like lemon, cucumber etc), but the taste was DISGUSTING. I asked the staff if they have a normal water and she told me that the water came from a freezer/refrigerator where they store the food/fruits and maybe thats why it had a taste which really shocked me. Never in my life that I’ve been so scared of drinking water again.
