Service, food and hygiene were top notch .Big spacious rooms with view was just amazing!

Breakfast was quiet a feast, had lots of variety both from south, north india, continental and European style breakfast Worth the money

Would return but would very much be more careful about how many days we stay.

Sugar Cane Juice!! Service at check in, service at entry every time was exceptional. very comforting and hospitable. impressed that staff remembered guests names, details, purpose of stay, recommendations etc. Always felt like we were coming home when coming back from the city/shopping trips etc. restaurant food quality was very good, very enjoyable, tasty and service was excellent. technical staff (technicians/plumbers) were very respectful, diligent and understanding. very thankful for oil heater received as room temperature could not be warmed up using a/c system. Around the clock service was always very much appreciated and very useful . breakfast was the best enjoyed in any hotel in india.

some things were not enjoyed such as being moved from table to table during breakfast, Service at check out. Price for additional services such as taxi to/from airport would have been utilised but for being more than double the normal rate, and not really using premium cars etc. Service staff wearing shoes inside guests rooms was not appreciated. little difficult to explain/deal with. not sure how we can use the room with bare feet or paper like slippers after cleaning/waiting staff had come in and gone out. slipper sizes needs the be variable for variable feet size. some facilities in room were not working such as vanity lighting on the mirror. some of the main light switches (no one told us how to operate these). check in and check out time needs to be more flexible, esp for guests catching international flights. we essentially overpaid for 1/2 day, as we checked out on friday midnight as flight was at 4am from Bangalore airport. little annoying that breakfast catering staff did not know how to take orders or serve. we had to ask different people for different things.

Hôtel très agréable, les chambres sont vastes et très belles

Très belle chambre et bien équipée avec vue sur le lac. L'exécutive lodge du niveau 20 l'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, la piscine est très agréable.

la salle du petite déjeuné trop petite et bruyante et le service un peu long et désorganisé , nous avons donc pris nos petits déjeuné au niveau 20 dans l'exécutive lodge qui est lui très bien.

Overall excellent experience.

Breakfast was excellent. Great selection and very attentive staff to take care of you. My wife and I had 3 treatments at the Spa and they exceeded our expectations. Atu was excellent and needs special commendation for her professional massage technique and warm personality.

I was placed in a smoking room after requesting a non smoking room. Although the staff said it was a non-smoking room, there was an ashtray on the table. I was subsequently moved to a nonsmoking room. This should have been prevented as I requested this prior to my arrival.

Nice rooms, amazing breakfast buffet, good property, friendly staff but slow in response at times.

The location was nice and the lobby and rooms were good too.

Non availability of smart TVs, basic luxury amenities like a bathtub caddy tray not available, slow wifi.

A brilliant experience!

The luxury suite was fantastic! Brilliant breakfast. Great location The management trainee (forgot his name) went out of the way to help me. Lovely chap.

Not very flexible staff. There was no water for the last 30mins while we were there but, thankfully, it didn't affect us as we had already packed and ready to leave.

I will be back

Perfect location, clean and comfy. Rich breakfast buffet, nice bar at the pool garden. But first of all the super helpful and friendly staff led by Ms. Pratima.

Pleasant stay

We had a very pleasant stay, all of the employees we interacted with were keen to help and make our stay enjoyable. Food and facilities were good. We had a lovely meal and I would stay again if in the area.

Our room had a very musty smell due to a leak which we reported, but when the lady from reception came she sniffed the air and said she couldn’t smell anything, conversation over.

A good stay for family or business meets.

I liked everything in the hotel. The staff were very friendly especially Mr Sayak. When we checked in our room was not ready so I invited guests for lunch at their restaurant. Mr Sayak treated our guests with courtesy served and recommended excellent meals. It was a great experience being served by him. Thank you!

The buffet was not so impressive. Could have been better. Also, they dont have a barber shop or such facilities on site. They do have a Salon but no barber :).

Overall, enjoyed our stay

Lounge access was good and so was the breakfast. Really enjoyed the food

The bed was exceptionally soft. After checking in and seeing the bed we asked for a harder mattress but it wasn't available. They suggested putting plywood with duvet on top but we did not opt for that. Next time we'll make that request before check-in I suppose.

Good stay.. great staff..

The room , location is comfortable. Room is spacious and the lake view is nice. The buffet breakfast has quite the variety (Indian, Asian, continental etc) with live Indian traditional music everyday. The staff are also quite attentive and the housekeeping staff do quite the job.

The card payment machines must be improved. For both domestic and international cards !! The card gets declined and we have to try the payment atleast a couple of times before payment. This happened everytime me and colleagues tried to pay..

A modern hotel with a variety of facilities onsite that provide a comfortable stay.

I have never experienced something like this in any other hotels around the world. 1. The cleaning personnel, while cleaning my room, placed my !passport! into the safe and didn't inform me for 2 days. Once I discovered that my passport is not in the room, it took them 2 hours to let me know that apparently my passport is in the safe, to which I don't have a code. 2. I forgot a bag with sports shoes in the lobby and asked 2 different duty managers for 2 days to check where they are. Both times, they said that they could not locate my bag. Only when I insisted in person to check where my bag went, they spent a few hours telling me that apparently cleaning personnel took my bag and left it in the maintenance room without submitting it to lost & found. 3. The final drop was that I asked to deliver a bag into my room and again discovered later that it was not done. Nobody really apologized for all these misfortunes or offered anything to smooth my stay there. So if you want peace of mind for your belongings and careless stay, don't choose this hotel!
