Conrad Dalian hôtel didn’t accept me to pay the deposit with my Chinese bank card, they requested for a Visa one. Ok done. The last day, they cancelled my deposit and asked me to pay the total..with the same card. Ok done. They said that I will be refund immediately (like it used to be in all hotel, at least all international brand), but then, two days later I ve learned that it will takes 10 open working days to be refunded. That is just unacceptable. Because we are not talking about small amount. So Conrad hotel, I m very disappointed. You should have told me this on the first day.
