The location is very convenient and there are many restaurants/bars/cafes around the hotel. We had dinner at the restaurant (Helena’s restaurant) and it was fantastic. All staff are super friendly and professional. Their valet parking service is convenient. Breakfast was also amazing and we really enjoyed staying here.

Mooi 5 sterren service hotel in het centrum van Stellenbosch. De service is geweldig ze doen alles voor je. Er is vallet parking dus de auto wordt voor je geparkeerd en opgehaald. De kamers zijn mooi maar het bed vonden wij te hard en te smal en er is wijnig ruimte om je koffer op te bergen. De badkamer is mooi en schoon maar ook geen ruimte om je toilettas ergens neer te zetten. Wij hadden kamer 15 en 14 daar kon wel een raam open maar dan zat je gelijk in iemands gezicht te kijken die bij het zwembad lag.

Hard en smal bed. Geen ruimte om je koffer op te bergen. Geen ruimte in de badkamer om je toilettas op te bergen.

Parking availability is limited. Could add basic amenities in the bathroom for travellers, like shower gel, shampoo.

One of the best boutique hotels we stayed. Nice interior, rooms and restaurant.

Fantastic location. Great food - we had a memorable dinner with friends on the hotel’s balcony. My wife says the lamb was the best she’s ever had. The mushroom risotto was similarly excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The location was central

This establishment should by no means be classified as a hotel. The reception is a home office at the entrance to the building. My room was above a bar where the staff were “hanging out”. I asked to move rooms and was told that I was “upgraded” but the room, albeit larger, was just as noises. Parking was a fiasco and the valet parking system was non existent. The manager was enjoying a wine tasting and when I complained, I was told I could get a credit and leave. This “hotel” has no amenities and is a glorified guesthouse; with no owner on site
