Disappointing and shabby.

Location

Overall disappointing.Shabby property , rooms are not very clean, no towels ( had to request them)walls need repainting - no charm. We booked a room for 3 people and arrived at 2 am but there wan no bed for 3rd person and had to wait for a dirty mattress to be laid on floor. Overpriced due to location- is 5 minute walk from Select City walk mall.

An ok place to stay.

Great location, room size. The security guard Mahesh Sharma and bablu were very helpful.

The breakfast buffet spread was limited, repetitive and were served cold. We took half board. The dinner had a set menu with limited options and the waiter insisted on ordering less. The bathroom needs maintenance. The housekeeping staff needs more training. They were slow and inefficient in replacing the water bottles and towels. They allowed only two devices to be connected in wifi and didn't change the limit even after requesting..

Over all stay was good, staff was very cooperative and location was great.

My wife had food restriction, so they made special dish in breakfast. Also there were more other options.

Towels, looks over used need to consider getting new supplies. Exhaust fan in bathroom… not capable to keep bathroom fog less.

The hotel is in excellent condition and everything works well except the general manager, who is not at all courteous and doesn't seem to care about the guests as much as other staff.

Great experience

By an accident we booked our stay for 2024 and the stuff was very helpful and accomodated us the same night but a year earlier 🙈😁 They are very polite, helful and supportive. We really enjoyed our stay. Ps: we didnt cancel our booking for 2024 as we may come again.

Not a good experience with the hotel, never again this hotel for me and my friends

Staff approach and behaviour, my old mother with liver failure , visibly sick was kept waiting in lobby for 4 hours just for an amount of 2.5 pounds to be paid bcz her flight had landed earlier to 2pm ,, worse humains to reach to for business

Hotel was much better when it was COUNTRY INN earlier…now its very disappointing to see the standards have gone so down…

Looked like used bed sheets and not clean …hairs lying on bed sheet Washbasin in bathroom was blocked when we reach…maintenance came at night time Kettle in room was dirty…had to wash before using for my baby

I would like to appreciate Mr naseeb along with staff Mr Prashant, Ms Jyoti, Ms Kiran. They helped me for a nice stay. They were very helpful. Professionally too they were nice. Good luck for them.

There wasn't value for money. For our basic room price should only be 4 or 5000 per night. But we paid much more.
