I should have paid extra money to stay somewhere else.

It was close to where I needed to go.

The shower water came out "hard" and I couldn't adjust the nozzle. One lamp was broken. The phone did not work. The sofa bed mattress was very dirty and it came with no linens. When I went to the front desk to ask for linens, I was given one sheet. I asked for a blanket and he told me there were no more. The rod to close the curtains was way too high and I had to stand on the very tips of my toes to reach them (I am 5'3"). I went to ask for more two more towels and washcloths was told there were some in my room. I said, yes but I need two more please. He only gave me two towels and two hand towels. In the morning, I went to ask for two washcloths and he said there were no more. The orange juice at breakfast was rancid, the home fries were not cooked, just warmed, the waffle syrup had no taste, the oatmeal toppings container was broken so they were open, the biscuits were cold, and the utensils were laid in a bunch in each compartment (unsanitary). Definitely was not worth $166/night.

Breakfast - would have liked eggs to go with biscuits and sausage

Drapes did not close completely. Middle portion of drapes were "shears" only. List of nearby restaurants was woefully out of date. Some restaurants had moved and several on the list were no longer in business.

It was an awful stay.

The location

The room wasn’t clean enough for me my liking, there was a mirror that was broken, the nonsmoking room smelled of smoking and marijuana that gave me a headache the whole stay.

Rooms were spacious and mostly clean bar some cobwebs. Good parking.

Breakfast was the worst I've ever seen. No fresh fruit bar one or two black bananas. No fresh coffee and no staff there to get you any. All the bread and bagels were stale and must have been left out from the day before. Hot food selection was stale biscuits, raw potatoes and greasy sausages. Horrible.

The room and lobby were clean.

The front staff was not friendly. I had to ask how to find our room. There was supposed to be 2 laundry facilities however there was only 1. The pool was locked from the outside you had to go through the stairwell to get to it with no signs or information about this from the staff.

Bad experience.

it was quiet

attendent wasnt very helpful. Spoke so low you couldnt understand him. No tub. Dirty comforter. Bedding was itchy. Our ac didnt work right. Would kick on about 30 seconds then shut off. Elevator smelled of pot. Really not a good experience. I have stayed at some cpuntry inn and suites before that were a good value. Not this time.

Superb

Location. The hotel was only minutes from my in laws and that was AWESOME!!

That breakfast ended at 930 am and with the time change they could have extended the time for breakfast

nothing , it was dirty , the room smelled horrible, the furniture was old and falling apart

the bed had hair on it , the air had a old smell coming out of it . It looked nothing like the pictures. prostitutes were in and out
