Clean and comfortable and close to the arena

Einzelzimmer in ordentlicher Größe. Blick auf Downtown oder über den Highway bis in Richtung Hollywood

Service war schlecht. Ich bekam zu meinem runden Geburtstag einen Blumenstrauß geschickt. Die Rezeption hat mich nicht benachrichtigt und nur über den Schenkenden habe ich davon erfahren. Ich musste ihn von der Rezeption abholen. Natürlich keine Gratulation. Eine versprochene Vase wurde trotz Nachfrage nie geliefert, nicht einmal ein Glas von der Bar. Nur ein Zimmermädchen improvisierte dann doch noch ein benutztes Trinkglas. Man ist in diesem Haus halt nur eine Nummer,wie auch das Auschecken zeigte. Schon lange hatte ich mich in einem Hotel dieser Preiskategorie so unwillkommen gefühlt.

The hotel is just 3 mins walk from the Crypto.com Arena. Super convenient to walk over for NBA game. Checking in and out was easy and the staffs were friendly. The gym is just at my room level, it is pretty big and well equipped.

Não tem opção de ter café da manhã no hotel . Foi para mim o pior problema Além do quarto Ser barulhento . A vedação da janela estava com defeito

I liked how clean downstairs was and how nice the staff was.

I didn’t like how there were stains on the bed on and on the couch. There were also marks all over the bathroom.

The hotel is in the city centre, easy connections by metro with all the attractions. They clean the room every day and change the bed and the towels.

There was a hotel workers strike on the last four days of our stay. They were making noise by purpose starting 5 am until 10-11 pm. It was aufful, we could not rest in our vacation. Since these strikes were well planned, I think it was unfair that the hotel accepted reservations without clearly preventing the costumers about this huge effect on their vacation.
