I would probably go back if i could get a room like the one in their add.

Location was excellent, room and bathroom were clean and a good shower. Nice free coffee/tea machine. We asked for extra blankets and pillows and they provided that straight away.

The room we were given was very dark as it was on the 17th floor and we were opposite and on top of an office building at the back which windows were looking straight into our room, so we had to have the blinds down. Not ideal. The room was small for 4 people. Decor a bit dated. We were a bit disappointed but we made no issue out of it, but we did hear other customers complaining about the misleading info/pictures advertised.

Excelente localização

A localização é excelente. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, principalmente o Mohamed que sempre que nos encontrava nos corredores ou elevadores fazia questão de conversar e dar algumas informações sobre o clima da cidade e os pontos turísticos.

Excelente!

La ubicacion es excelente, a 2 cuadras del Bryant Park. La esquina es la 5ta avenida, la verdad la ubicacion es perfecta. La limpieza tambien, un 10. Limpiaron todos los dias, y el unico dia que pedimos que no, la señora vino igual a dejarnos toallas limpiar sin haberselas pedido. La verdad, excelente. Nunca hubo lio con el ascensor, siempre estaba disponible! Tienen hielo en 2 pisos distintos y una cafetera y agua en el primer piso.

Marvellous Position next to Bryant Park and all the principal attraction of Mid Town Manhattan such as 5th/6th Avenues and Times Square.

Room were clean, however a little too small for 3 grown-ups.

Great location, clean hotel. All you need for stay in NYC.

Very central to Bryant Park and Time Square. Great location. Hotel was clean although basic it is all you need when staying in NYC. Free coffee a bonus.

Nearly £200 per night, exchange rates don't help. However, this is the going rate for NYC so you have to accept this.

Great hotel in a great location

Room was spacious (for NYC) and well maintained. Everything was comfortable and functional. Wifi worked perfectly and seamlessly. Front desk staff were great. The cost was good for NYC but I can't give any hotel in NYC a high rating for value.

The entry to the hotel was quite underwhelming and awkwardly designed. They could do better to make your first impression better.

Location was good, average hotel, won't return.

Great location, free coffee and tea available in the morning. Clean.

Staff not overly friendly, room very dark and claustrophobic. Very low water pressure from shower meant my wife was unable to wash her hair easily on the morning of departure. Some confussion over how much money was being held on credit card which didn't match the Booking.com price (this was for accidentals apparently when I quized the front desk!) Beds weren't very big and pillows not massively comfortable.

This is great hotel in perfect location for downtown Manhattan. Free coffee snd water is great bonus

One if the man at the men at the tickets desk was extremely rude. Did not remember the name, but he was rather paleooking man.
