Clean, great staff, easy access to freeway, food on site.

The afternoon/evening bistro cook was extremely overloaded with hungry guests. Remained focused, courteous and worked really really hard. Truly commendable. The front desk person came to help when possible.

Just to be nitpicking and trying to think of something negative…..not a great tv set by today’s standards.But it worked and everything else 5 stars!!!

Convenient location, average hotel. Cost was higher than the value provided. $10/day charge to park.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Everything worked more-or-less as expected.

Shower and curtain were challenging, had to fight curtain throughout to keep water from spraying out. Did not like having to pay $10/day for parking. Prefer hotels that offer free breakfast service. Overall, felt overpriced for the quality and services. Will not return.

The food at the Bistro was excellent. The service was timely and friendly.

The room could have been more spacious, but it met our needs.

Practical & Comfortable Room

Everything about it was clean, bed, towels, toilet, though amenities were scarce, you could refill your jugs with a water dispenser at the ground floor. We also loved the gym, the family area & patio. We also like the tv bec it can hook you up to your own Netflix account among others.

Perhaps there can be more convenience stores that are located nearby. Perhaps a Safeway the area just like a Starbucks that was within reach.

We liked that they hotel was in a business district and a bit out of the way of traffic and noise.

The restaurant was closed on the weekend during our stay. The man that check us in went out of his way to make sure we had everything that we need to be comfortable during out stay.

Staff was very pleasant. Location was good close to the freeway and food.

The pressure from the shower head could have been better.

great for solo traveler with an EV

Great updates lobby. Friendly check-in staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Fast EV car charge, 3 EV charging options. 2 cars can charge at once.

Rooms are a little outdated. But I’m just reaching to find something to write as a con. It was a great stay!

Overall a nice and pleasant stay.

Our room has a pull out table, which is really convenient. It also has a nice balcony.

The hotel is not in a busy area but the parking is not free.

Quick, Convenient, and Close to Activities

I liked the location. I booked for my family so they could be close to my home in Tualatin, and I loved that it was right off the highway and just a quick 5 minute drive from town. It's also close to the Bridgeport Mall in Tigard, which is a great place for quick shopping, decent restaurants, and a pretty Regal theatre. You are also 10-15 minutes from downtown Portland.

I can't list anything since I didn't personally stay here, but my family had no complaints while they were there!

Nice hotel, could be a little cleaner.

I loved the outdoor pool and friendly staff! The location is great!!!

My room had a very bad smell, there was garbage under the sink, and the vent in the shower was hanging down.

Comfortable for a night or two and close to freeway

The sink is separated from the toilet and shower. This arrangement allow two people to get ready at the same time.

Noise - room location is too close to elevator and ice machine.

My refrigerator was not working, I asked if someone could fix it, the person at the front desk sends in a Non English speaking person who did not know what was going on!!!! I called back to the front desk and he tells me that there is nothing he can do about it except I can move to a different room. I said no I already unpacked my bath water is waiting and I'm tired. He said well I don't know what to tell you!!!!! HOW AWFUL
