Great Hotel, fantastic views, great staff

The location. The cleanliness. The room design

The card readers were hard to enact. Especially the parking garage elevator. Also, the construction crew took up several handicapped parking spaces and should have just moved their materials over

Very pleasant.

The hallway to the lobby was well kept and beautiful with posh furniture.

One of the shower head parts was coming off from the wall. However, a male staff at the front desk was kind enough to change rooms and we were very pleased with the new room.

It was less than I expected overall for the price.

Breakfast was ok, but not great. Staff at restaurant was friendly. Staff at check in were friendly and they were able to give us early check in.

Bathroom tub/toilet area could have been cleaner and the caulking on the tub looked like a old hotel fix it job. The lady that checked me out was less than friendly. I also had to prove to her I pre paid for breakfast and then she acted like she was doing me a favor by honoring it.

Amazing would book again

I love that I could connect my Netflix account to the tv. I love the balcony. I love it was 5 mins away from the cruise port. It was quite, clean and the staff was very personable

Delightful stay!

A lovely, peaceful place to stay, with great river views. A free shuttle to town was a brilliant service and we used it a lot. The staff were so friendly and kind, nothing was too much trouble.

Our room was so smelly and musty

Location

The room smelled like mist and smoke. Husband ended up having an allergy attach as soon as we walked into the room. Would not even change our room and booking.com wouldn’t give out money back. There was old food/peppers on the air conditioner that we had to clean up, at first we thought it was a big blood spot. Also the bathroom had some kind of awful smell, don’t know what it was.

Just the Location that's it. And the View of the boats. Other than that nothing did we like about this Hotel OVER PRICED HIGH EXPECTATIONS , VERY DISAPPOINTED..

My stay was unpleasant and disgusting.

The staff was very friendly.

The room was dirty and there were cockroaches everywhere. We found many in the refrigerator, closet and bathroom.

Overall good experience and would stay there again!

It has a large, beautiful patio with lounge chairs and rocking chairs. A wonderful place to relax in the evening. - Shuttle service to downtown was great!

Hall carpeting did not seem clean.

Hotel staff and house keeping were great. Hotel could use some improvements

Staff was friendly and house keeping came every day. The shuttle downtown was nice.

The rooms need some renovations in the bathroom and on the balconies. There was a birds nest with dove in the nest (that never left the nest) and hornets nests on the balcony. The walls were thin, so would recommend bringing a sound machine.

Would 💯 stay again, just wouldn’t order food to-go

The property itself is great. We loved our room and the amenities. It’s truly wonderful to sit by the pool and also see the marina.

The bistro messed up 2 orders significantly, one of which was to-go and so could not be fixed. We were given free parking as an apology.

the hotel was a great location, not far from the downtown area, we could easily take the shuttle from the hotel down there which was very convenient or a quick uber ride. it was a nice setting looking out over the river and the pool/outdoor patio area was very nice! we also had complimentary breakfast each day was was a great and everyone as nice and friendly.

Superb

Location on the river. parking, open area of lobby and dining area, outdoor space and pool. Shuttle access to French Quarter.

In the room, I did not like the location of the sink outside the main bathroom.

Pleasant

Avocado toast was sad, very thin layer of avocado, could hardly taste it. Egg sandwich and egg plate was good.

We stayed on 4th floor. Carpet was filthy and wall paper was peeling off.

Other than the hvac issue, our stay was great!

location, convenience, clean, comfortable bed

HVAC was not good. Room was COLD when we got there the first night. Found that the A/C was on, not the heat. Changed it to heat and it took forever to heat up. Second night, it was HOT, way hotter than the 70 degrees it was set at. Turned it down to 60, and it kept blowing hot air! Finally just turned it off.

Nice property...not worth the price

I loved the view of the waterfront from the balcony. I loves that we were convenient to downtown, restaurants, and other local attractions. I liked the shuttle.

I did not like how small the refrigerator was in the room that it could not fit a to-go container. I did not like that the refrigerator did not keep my food (the one I could fit it) cold. Me and my husband was at the Courtyard Marriott from the 14th-18th so the refrigerator issue was a major problem. The other problem was the air conditioner. It either blew directly on the person sleeping in front of it and the person on the opposite side got no air. Now for me, a woman of a particular age who suffers hot flashes it made for a very uncomfortable stay. My smart husband put our luggage in front of the air conditioner to allow the air to circulate to me a little. Also for not offering free breakfast or the room's size, the price did not match the quality. I'm sure we paid for the waterfront.

It was our Honeymoon and it was Amazing!!

The Location was great!! The shuttle that took us to town was amazing and the drivers (Dean and Eddie) were awesome!!

Not enough time there will be back.
