The hotel was clean and a great location. Great room for a good price.
I reserved the room for one night which was $156. Upon checking in, the clerk put a $460 charge to my card claiming it was a hold for incidentals?!? That kind of pissed me off since the card I used also happened to be my bank card. Now my bank funds are tied up for who knows how long. I’ve stayed at about 20 different hotel properties this year and this was the only hotel that did this to me.

The hotel was conveniently located near the 405 and on Harbor Blvd. It was a clean room and stayed quiet inside the room. The pool was heated and my family had a great time!
It is a small thing but there was any much to walk to from the hotel. However everything was a short drive.

the courtyard area was nice
Staff was not very friendly or helpful. I had trouble finding my room . Someone staying in one of the rooms nearby was smoking weed all night and the smell was very strong in our room causing my husband who has brain cancer to be sick all night.

Roomy 3rd floor with balcony is really nice. The bed was extremely comfortable and the towels white and fluffy. All the staff were extremely nice.
Not having complimentary coffee. There was a little machine in the room but that's not quite the same.
