Friendly and responsive staff made this a pleasant stay.

The staff were friendly and responsive.

The shower was a a hand held shower head that you placed in a holder mounted on th shower wall. There was very little shower water pressure.

The location was excellent. It was very close to different amenities.

The elevator was a little wacky. It was a little hard to access.

Excellent stay.

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean & well appointed. Parking fee was fair and very accessible. Staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my short stay and would considered staying at this hotel again.

Not charging a fee for parking. Other than that hotel was great.

Good location, quiet office campus neighborhood, easy to reach highways & major LA sites.

Room and lobby was as expected for the Marriott brand. Tasteful and current interior design, spacious lobby, spaces to sit by self or with groups, and spacious bedroom / clean bath.

The front desk staff seemed completely indifferent to me. I felt invisible. There was no welcome greeting, just a quiet search for my reservation and handing over the keycard. I definitely am not looking for a highly social experience, but a nice smile and "welcome" is always appreciated.

Disaster

Nothing. I’ve been locked out from my room 1,5 hours the receptionist gave me an attitude and did not even believe me I can’t enter my room. The toilet was leaking damaged my personal properties too and I did not get any compensation.

Compare to the other Marriott’s stays it was my worst experience ever.

Location is close to airport

Room air-conditioning broke down in the middle of the night, the only answer we got was "sorry no technician on sight, you have to wait till the morning to have it checked" I had to ask if there was any room we can move into as we have 3 very uncomfortable kids. Luckily, there was an available room so we were able to move at 2:30am.

The hotel was very nice outside and Lobby and very well maintained, it was very clean. The location for us was perfect

However we had a very loud A/C and brought up to the Mgmt but were not aware if they tried to fix as it was still loud.

Very clean. Rooms very tidy and well cleaned every day of my stay. Close to a Trader Joe’s and mall for amenities

Thin walls, TV cable reception was poor, layout of front desk area meant it was very clustered with people all the time.

Staff was VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL & ACCOMMODATING. Loved being put on a higher floor...

BONVOY members should get FREE parking. Neighbor in room next to me spoke loud so you could hear his telephone conversation through the shared/lock-off door (not sure if all rooms come with a shared/lock-off door, but I prefer there not be one).

Cold and loud...

Spacious room, large bath-room, comfortable beds (not to soft, not to hard).

Terrible noise throughout the night coming from the central air-condition (NOT the room air-condition). The whole room was vibrating and humming 24 hours. The restaurant was a freezer... no need to tune the air condition to arctic temperatures... A lot of plastic waste along breakfast - why do you give plastic cups for coffee and plastic knives/spoons to guests when they eat and drink at the table (and not on the go)..? This is an all-american problem by the way... stop the plastic cups/knives/forks/spoons ASAP... For a hotel next to the noisy highway just to expensive...

There was no hot water in our room and the ac made a lot of noise and was very cold. We had to turn it off cause didn’t work.

I love the location. I’ve been booking with this property once a year for 6 years. The staff has always been friendly.

The last two years I’ve booked with this property I noticed a decline in the up-keeping within the rooms. My recent visit all our towels smelled burnt and felt dirty. The beds weren’t as comfortable like before. The room had a weird smell. Overall it just felt like the room needed a deep sanitary cleaning!

Check in was fast and friendly

1. Room needs CLEANING! We always bring Lysol to clean hotel room surfaces including bathroom counters and toilet seats. Room 714 at this property is probably one of the filthiest rooms we’ve encountered in the last 10-12 months. The Lysol wet wipes came out dirty dirty dirty. 2. On July 30th the one and only espresso machine at the Bistro was broken. No espresso drinks! 3. We made a reservation for 4 people in the room: 2 adults and 2 children. Upon arrival our bathroom was only fitted with 2 towels. My husband had to find a housekeeping staff to ask for 2 additional towels and was initially refused because she didn’t have the ‘request’ noted in her list. 4. Coffee maker in the room is dirty and need descaling. 5. There are no microwave in the rooms and only 1 tiny microwave in the lobby. Took me forever to warm up leftover food for my kids.
