Great value for an amazing place.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The entire place was clean. Absolutely wonderful.

Great place just no wow factor

Easy to find, right off the highway. Looks brand new and everything looks amazing. Pool is clean and amazing. Love the outdoor seating with the fire.

The Starbucks didn't seem to be open on the weekends. Seems like house keeping skipped a day.

Very clean and comfortable

The place was nice, close to where I went for my work celebration. But the staff, the guy that I checked out of the hotel with was very rude, he charged me twice for the room. Even when before he checked me out I had told him that they already charged me. And then he told me to calm down, when I was very calm. My man even had to tell the staff worker. She is calm sir. The guy was very unprofessional. All I needed was the final receipt from my payment. I would not go back to this hotel, just because of the rude staff. But other than that, the place was clean and comfortable.

Had high hopes but was disappointed.

The hotel itself was new, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. I stayed with my dog and liked that I got a regular room as opposed to a dog specific room (that often has lesser amenities) like some other hotels have.

The room smelled either like somebody had smoked in it or that the previous occupant was a heavy smoker. Even the bed and bedding smelled like smoke. I was tired after a long day and didn't want to move rooms so I didn't complain. In the morning I discovered my dog's food and water bowl were completely covered in ants. On the second floor! I travel quite a bit and have had some less than stellar hotel stays but I have never experienced having ants in a hotel room. Absolutely disgusting! I mentioned I was displeased at the front desk. The woman working took my phone number and said the manager would call but I haven't heard anything.

Bed was very comfortable and facilities were very clean. Johanna at the front desk was very polite and helpful during check in. She recommended a phenomenal Thai restaurant that was delicious.

Woke up in the morning to find ants by the coffee maker. The room felt very small and the shower was almost impossible to shave in.

the beds where the worst beds I’ve ever slept on my moms back was wrecked after that stay

room dirty, bedding and pillowcase had dried blood, room not wiped clean in general. Also our room was not restocked with towels and my daughter went to get some and front desk gave her some bath mats and stated that was all that was available

Starbucks is not a real Starbucks and it closes at 10. Terrible room coffee. Room not clean, you could see splatters all over the room and they forgot the trash from last people as trash cans were full when we arrived

location or lack of security since a catalytic converter was stolen from my car sitting right by the front doors of hotel.

We were on our way back from a long road trip from California back to Washington and booked a place to stay last minute.

It was clean and very modern.

Seemed like it was short staffed. Waited all night for a laundry card and never got the call back to be able to use it. Very disappointed in that.

Poor very dissatisfied for the money

Website states it offers dinning with a picture of a bar like atmosphere and called it a bistro. No nothing like that there. Convenience store is not a “store”. More like a snack shelf. Pool extremely small. My room appeared clean but had a lot of dust on wood sills where tv is. Kinda gross. Fridge is really small and in an inconvenient place next to the wall. At 6am other guests next door were leaving and slamming doors when they left. Very rude. Probably not worth the money I spent at all

nicely maintained and a lot of facilities to use - gym, pool, laundry etc

the only thing off putting was needing to have a parking pass??
