Location was very close to Kyoto station and had several restaurants and shops nearby

Construction outside but it wasn’t too noisy. The gym was quite small.

新しいホテルでしたが、埃っぽくタオルで身体を拭くとザラザラと新しいタオルのカス？みたいなのが身体について不快だった。桜の時期の宿泊費も高いし、2度と利用したくない。水もなく、浄水ポットの利用で、、これもまた再利用したくない理由です。

Helpful staff, nice and quiet. Good size rooms.

Nothing concrete, but I guess I expected "more" from a five star hotel.

Quiet, accessible from the station.

Hard wired Japanese inflexibility: promptness to charge for every single request; and the basic hurdle of not investing in good english speaking personnel. No room service. No extra fresh bottles of water even if you're willing to pay. Happy to show you a calculator at the drop of a hat - if you ask for a simple request to change rooms. [Which decent hotel has beds stuck to a wall!] But unwilling to offer you a rebate if you settle for a smaller room. Basically Japanese bare bone efficiency and consistency without a human touch. Next time a Robot hotel will do better...

The location is close to Kyoto station. Easy access everywhere train, shinkansen, bus. Restaurants inside the station are more visible
