we are a family of 2 adults and 2 children. hotel has 2 twins connecting rooms which turn out to be way bigger than any of the hotels we have stay. We had the luxury of 2 TVs. children can enjoy your cartoon while adults can enjoy theirs in peace. Perfect stay. hotel has coffee machine and free flow of ice cream at the lobby. Generous! plenty of parking. Parking rate is reasonable. we enjoyed our stay very much.

The room was immaculate and comfortable, although it was a bit small in space. The bed was wonderful for a tight sleep. The breakfast was also notable, a lot of fresh vegetables and some local foods. I did not use the public bath, but the room bath was good enough for me. A convenience store open 24/7 is near the hotel; you can grab something when you want at any time. Free coffee service is available on the lobby floor. The metro station is close to the hotel, but I did not use it to access Nagoya Shinkansen station; you can walk to the station in about 15 min. The location is quite good for a business trip.

Water in bidet was very hot and had no temperature control.

The hotel was way more than we expected. The room was nice and beds were comfortable (though pillows were a bit too large). Amenities were great, including toothbrushes and hairbrushes. We love their public baths and used both evening and morning. The access to women's bath was very secure and I felt comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Staff were polite. Hotel lobby was quite elegant and cute despite it’s petite ambiance. I love the scent of the lobby and the kids love the free ice cream in the afternoon.

We booked 2 standard twin rooms having the thought that we could have a connecting room since that’s what they told me via phone but unfortunately it wasn’t. I had to check up on my kids and go on the other room many times.

we got room upgrade through the booking.com, we got two single bed room for the good price. the room is very neat and nice! especially the bath room! we like this huge bathroom, comfortable and neat! the shopping center and restaurants r 3min walking distance from the hotel. 20min drive to the Lego land and car parking fare is the cheapest around that area! we will continue choosing the same hotel if they still offer upgrade option for the booking.com member ! very cost-effective choice! thanks a lot!
