Lovely room in Tokyo

We loved this hotel. They have an amazing amentity bar with everything from Bath salts to face lotion. The room was nice and quiet, the staff very friendly. They can store the luggage on the last day. there is coin laundry and vending machine inside, and close to subway stop.

The bed was a little wobbly and you have to request housekeeping and clean towels.

Nice clean Hotel excellent staff. Small room

The hotel is very close to Shimbashi station. I personally found it difficult to locate as it is a quiet side street. The staff are very very helpful.

The room is very small. With 3 suit cases it was difficult to move around the studio. The value of the breakfast is not great value if you have western taste’s. However is very popular with Japanese people who use the restaurant in large numbers.

新橋の立地にしては価格が安い。スタッフが親切で感じ良い。メールでの対応が早い。usb電源があるのは便利。

部屋が暗い。窓からの眺めが良くない。陰気な感じがする。スーツケースを置く場所がない。エレベーターが来るのが遅い。

A wonderful stay in Tokyo.

Very close to metro stations on multiple lines makes it very convenient to explore different parts of the city. Shimbashi is a very walkable area with tones of great restaurants. Also very easy to access Haneda Airport.

The rooms were very clean and cozy. The shower was extremely powerful which is great. The staff was very polite and helpful. Will be back on my next trip.

Staff was really helpful. The room was tidy besides bathroom.

In the bathroom we could smell urine. Even after the daily room cleaning , the smell still existed. When we lifted up the toilet lid we could see old urine splashes under it.

Best stay ever

Very clean and large room, very cozy. I spent most of my days in the room revising for my exam. The staff took in my request and arranged a room with a larger working table for me. Also like the neighborhood very much, will definitely come back again!

Nothing in particular. The rooms were just OK, but we had expected a bit more compared to other places in Tokyo at the same price.

Quiet, but small, room in a convenient location.

Although a bit hard to locate, this hotel is a good value since it is located near the Imperial Palace and the Ginza area. Although small, our room was adequate for our needs and quiet for sleeping. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station.

The room was small, and the meals at the local café were overpriced, even for Tokyo.

Very good

We are a family of 12 persons and we were accomodated all in 1 floor which was good for easy coordination and coomunication with all members of the family. The rooms are cleaned every day with supply of new towels, even if we didnt leave word word to clean them. The hotel has perfect location, walking distance to Shimbashi station and to a lot of hole in the wall authentic eating places for all types of ramen: beef, chicken, mushroom and especially the shrimp based ramen! Super excellent! Hotel staff are very helpful and always smiling. We enjoyed our stay. I recommend this hotel for value for money too.

Fantastic location and value for money

Location is wonderful. It’s 2 mins walk from Shimbashi station and in the way back to the hotel, we will pass by Family Mart where we can get drinks to enjoy in the room. The room is clean and service is great. The crew is responsive and deliver your request for room service within 5-10 min. 😁

Size of the room is small. We have 2 big luggage and one cabin. In order to open both luggage, we need to be creative around how and where to place the luggage :P Overall, for the price, I can close an eye and think of ways to be comfortable in the small space

Everything was practical, at my fingertips. Walking distance from Ginza and Tokyo Int Forum.

Great choice of Asian breakfast, but it would be good to have some fresh fruits and cheese for European guests as well. I loved how clean everything was, and how well organized! While room was on the small side, it had everything one needs. Staff are amazing!

Rooms were small, but this is normal for Tokyo.

I recommend for the location

The only good thing were the staffs and a very excellent location

The room that I got was dirty , the walls were filthy , and also air conditioner vent were filled with dust and not cleaned , the hand soap was used moreover the room was very small however the only good that happened was when I spoke to the manager she immediately changed my room to bigger one and also much much cleaner
