Lovely stay in cool Da Lat

Very helpful staff and organized reasonably priced tour and ensured I got on to the night bus easily when leaving. Also helped me with transferring payment to another hotel. Gave good recommendations throughout and did my laundry in super fast time.

Great hotel but needs to do a bit more on the "eco" side

+Wonderful rooms, all clean, new and beautiful +Great value for money +The staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in early when I arrived from my flight before noon +They have a kitchen corner with filtered water and kitchenware (plates, bowls, cutlery etc)

The location is a bit of a walk away from the center but definitely doable either with a walk or grabbike. If the hotel really wants to be eco-friendly as the name suggests, they should not have small (350ml) plastic water bottles in the rooms, and they should replace the small single-use shampoo and body wash bottles with bigger refillable containers

Phòng đẹp, giá cả phù hợp, dịch vụ chu đáo thân thiện

Phòng đẹp hơn trong hình và tưởng tượng của mình luôn. Tone trắng - xanh sạch sẽ sáng sủa, có cửa sổ, ban công, cửa sổ WC thoáng và 1 ghế ngồi đọc sách êm, tiện ích rất đầy đủ bao gồm cả máy sưởi (?) trong phòng. Có dịch vụ cho thuê xe của KS - xe ga đời mới, các bạn lễ tân thân thiện vui vẻ, quầy lễ tân rộng rãi có cả đồ ăn vặt và khu vực nhà bếp dùng chung cho khách. Vị trí không quá trung tâm (cách chợ đà lạt khoảng 2km) nếu có xe thì di chuyển trong tầm 10 - 15' là sẽ tới được các điểm tham quan. Buổi sáng từ ngõ đi ra sẽ gặp 1 xe bánh mì xíu mại 15K siêu ngon, đối diện bên kia đường Hoàng Văn Thụ là quán phở bò ăn ổn.

Nếu đi xe bus từ TP khác thì hiện sẽ không trả ở tận cửa mà cần đi bộ vào tầm 50m đường trải sỏi hơi khó kéo vali (tuy nhiên vẫn kéo được, không phải vấn đề quá lớn). Vòi sen trong phòng tắm không có hướng dẫn nên sẽ hơi khó sử dụng với khách cao tuổi, dùng vài lần mới quen. Giờ checkout là 11h sáng đi chơi cần lưu ý tránh lố giờ.

Spacious and Value for money

Room is clean and spacious. The location is at Ward 4, about 10mins walk from the main area but you can still get plenty of food in the area, just it is less congested in comparison to Ward 1. The staff are attentive and helpful. They also speak decent English, so no worries about language.

Just a recommendation to hang rack for toiletries inside the shower part so don't have to place it on the floor

Stuff was very nice and helpful, possibility to rent a motorbike for a good price, room was clean and good size

Internet was not stable, a bit further from the city center (but the neighborhood was quiet)

Enjoyed our stay at Dalat Eco Hotel! staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious (with a cute balcony) and stuffed with cute soft toys. reasonable walk to market and lake, with some great amenities also local to the hotel. good value for money too!

Excellent hotel.

Excellent, happy, helpful staff. Nice clean bathroom with a glass shower door/screen so toilet floor is not wet. A SOFT mattress.... yippee!!!

Good value basic hotel

Hotel with basic facilities and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

The staff were really nice and left us a lovely gift when they heard it was our honeymoon. They were really helpful and gave us lots of tips for the area. Great value.

Great Stay at Da Lat

This hotel was great value for money and the hosts were super helpful and kind. The room was quite spacious and very clean with nice bathroom as well. They provide scooter for rent at a nominal price.

Excellent value if you are looking for no-frills accommodation.

The price was great value for a fairly basic but very clean room. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

It was quite noisy, the walls were very thin & you could hear everything in the corridors & adjoining rooms. Also there are about 4 dogs that live nearby and the barking was fairly constant. The staff were nice but speak very little English so communication can be a struggle but that is the same most places in Dalat.

I would recommend this hotel to all my friends!! The staff in Dalat Eco Hotel are fantastic!! The two guys on the front desk were so helpful, they even helped us book our bus by calling different bus companies. They always had a smile on their face and were willing to help in whatever way they could. This hotel is so clean. The room was spacious and comfortable and cleaned everyday by the housekeeping team. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the Crazy House, the lake and main street.

Very good

The location of this guest house is great - within easy walking distance of the lake, city centre and plenty of good places to eat. The beds are very comfortable, as is the rocking chair, and the rooms are light and spacious. The staff are friendly and happy to help. Great value for money.

It was noisy at night from the other guests- each night I was woken up multiple times. There is no soundproofing, so you can hear people when they were are in their rooms or on the corridors.
