MUY DESAGRADABLE

Me dijeron de un cargo de 10 dls( 169 pesos)por salir del cuarto una hora más tarde (salí en lugar de 11:00 salí a las 12;00). Nunca supe la hora de salida y lo peor que todavía no arreglo y NUNCA CONTESTAN EL TELÉFONO HABLANDO AL HOTEL TENGO UN CARGO EN MI TARJETA POR MÁS DE 900 PESOS… (960 PESOS) COMO VOY A RECUPERSR ESE SOBRE COSTO?

The room was very spacious, clean and had 2 queen beds. The location of the hotel was good, about 20 minutes from the six flags fiesta.

The breakfast was very simple, there was no cheese, ham or variety of fruits. The team's attention could be better, several times I went to reception and there was no one there, in addition to calling reception and no one answered.

It looks nice from the outside and decent inside just needs more determined workers and and exterminator maybe an upgrad

I liked the nice employees, however the door was jammed so it’s hard to open, the toilet was clogged when we checked in and we went to tell front desk and they gave us the plunger to fix it, than this morning I saw roaches.

The room doer was jammed so it was hard to open. The toilet was clogged when we showed we showed up, and when we went to inform front desk they handed us a plunger to unclog it ourselves. I let all this pass, but than i saw roaches in the room this morning.

Clean room. Quiet. Good location.

Lack of staff. Not very helpful staff on ordering delivered food from any pizza restaurants. Had to pick up toiletries at front desk. Did not get a wake up call as requested.

Our room restroom tub was DIRTY!!! I had to ask for cleaning supplies because, according to the front desk their wasnt any one there to go clean it. Our room door wouldn't close unless you pull very hard, so cleaning staff would leave it open. One of our room beds wasn't done according to the staff I had personal property, funny thing is that the bed that was actually done had my baby's personal pillow. Long line for breakfast, not enough waffle mix, milk, juice for the guest.

Bed was comfortable. Room updated. Front desk was nice

Room smelt musty. There was a loose piece of glass from a mirror just sitting on the end table. Gym treadmill should be looked at as it would stop mid run and cause me to almost fall.

The rooms are always very well clean and updated. The bed and bedding is comfortable. It felt like a good value. And my A/C always works super quickly.

Once assigned to a clean room, my stay served its purpose, a place to spend the night.

Bed was of good quality. Breakfast was simple and of good quality.

Slow check in even with confirmed reservation. Once checked in found assigned room had not be cleaned after previous guest. Had to have a new room assigned.

They advertise breakfast, it was most mediocre breakfast ever. The apples didn't look good, nothing to drink except coffee, nothing warm except plain toast, and three under par sweets that weren't good, and two cold cereals. Underwhelmed.

Clean and quiet

The hotel was clean and quiet. After a long day of travel, we (spouse and two children) were able to rest comfortably in a clean and quiet room. There's really nothing more I could ask for.

We didn't have a shower curtain in the bathroom when we arrived however the hotel quickly rectified it.
