We are very much enjoyed our stay in this place, we are very please and satisfied with the service.

We stay in a 2 double bed guest room, bed are soft and comfy room is big and very spacious for a 3 person, towels are neat ,clean and soft. Breakfast every morning was amazing plenty of choices. loved the pancake maker easy to operate even a small kids can do. And lastly plenty of beverages from hot to cold.

The only thing we don't like is unfortunately we experience some ants in our dining table and TV stand or table and inside the fridge. Or is it because we were in a ground floor. Well I hope only us has this experience.

Had a great stay and will be back.

Very clean, nice amenities. The breakfast was good and the staff were very personable and approachable. Good value for the cost.

Indoor pool was great for the kids! Appeared to have a new liner. Staff were great and helpful! Housekeeping staff were friendly and responsive. Appreciate their hard work! Loved the outdoor courtyard area and splash pad for the kids.

Breakfast was ok, but lower quality food. The pancakes were made in a machine with a mix and took a while for the machine to pop them out. There was bread and English muffins to put in the toaster yourself, hard boiled eggs that you could heat up yourself, stale mini croissants, overcooked sausages, yogurt and canned fruit, and a few red delicious apples. I didn’t expect too much so it was fine. Gave us something to start the day off with. The outdoor pool was closed, which I didn’t know ahead of time so that was disappointing. Looked like it would be a long time before it could be fixed. The hotel is getting older and needs obvious repairs and upkeep.

Clean and comfortable and we felt safe.

Room had all amenities we needed for our stay - fridge, iron, blow dryer etc.

We were not impressed with the breakfast, but overall pretty standard fair for the 'breakfast' included kind of stay.

Good location but basic.Dated rooms and facilities

Good location, close to Lake.

Hotel is very dated and could use a face-lift. For $300 a night I expected better. The outside swimming pool was closed which we were not made aware of when booking which was disappointing for our 3 year old who wanted to swim. A kids water park was advertised but this was one large shower type thing in a tiny enclosed area. There was a small indoor pool but it did not look very appealing. Breakfast was basic but enough of selection to keep everyone happy (breads, jams, pancakes, boiled eggs, sausages, yoghurt, cereal, coffee). I found it odd and little ridiculous that the juice and water was served in 2oz cups so I grabbed a coffee cup to use instead. Drinks vending machines were out of order for the duration in our stay. There wasnt a sink in the bathroom and this is instead in the bedroom with very little counterspace which allowed no private space for getting ready in the morning. Unfortunately the state of the accommodations seems to be standard in this area with many of the hotels being overpriced and outdated. The draw of the lake and local attractions means that people are willing to pay giving hotels no motivation to refurb and make the experiance more enjoyable.

It was OK - not bad but not great either.

The beds were decent and the air conditioning was good.

The breakfast was not that great. Hard-boiled eggs, microwave sausages and the cheapest bread you can purchase was not that appetizing. On the Sat (our 3rd day) we returned to our room about 8pm and it was not cleaned. When I called front desk I was given attitude like it was my fault! They did bring towels as we had used ours for 3days and had left them in the tub to be replaced. When I called in the morning to get coffee pods and cups as our supply had not been replenished I was told to come and get them as the person at the front desk was the "only" employee on site and could not bring them up to our room. No very accommodating. I will be trying a different motel next year!

overall a good, comfortable time

rooms were very spacious, beds were comfortable, black out drapes and sound quality were awesome.

both pools were closed, we had children travelling with us we were a group of 10 and had poolside rooms with no pool. The pillows were horrible

easy to locate, close to everything, quiet, clean comfy room with lots of space. Quick access to the inner courtyard, lots of outlets for charging electronics and CPAP machines

no pools or hot tubs. claimed to have been closed by interior health do to the incorrect pipe size. Only the small water park was working. Not great when travelling with teenagers not to have that pool access. breakfast was until 9:30 but they ran out of scrambled eggs at 8:00am and no more were available.

Excellent location, fantastic staff.

The staff were so friendly, and the location is PERFECT. Great breakfast, and super comfortable pillows. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was overall comfortable and relaxing.

It is a great location, rooms are adequate, patio option is nice and the courtyard, including landscaping, very relaxing place.

Pool and poolside area is so dated and looks terrible in the courtyard. I walked into a pool of water in our bathroom when we arrived and it was determined our ceiling was leaking water from the suite above! Breakfast did not offer sausage or bacon on Sunday of our stay.

If you want a moderately priced place to stay overnight , this will do.

The location is great- close to where I needed to be. The room was bright and looked decently clean.

The bed was hard and uncomfrotable and the facilities need to be maintained better. Cracks in the flooring etc.

Both swimming pools were closed which was a huge disappointment for my wife and daughter.

Pleasant

The room was clean. The staff member we spoke to was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was very firm almost too hard for sleeping, and then the pillows were very soft and flat, making sleep rather uncomfortable. One of the chairs in the room was broken. The choices available for the continental breakfast were very minimal and we decided to eat out rather than eat at the hotel for free.
