ベットの裏に物が落ちてしまい、取ろうとしたら多くのゴミが落ちていました

衣櫃太小，洗澡時置放毛巾及衣服的地方明顯不足。 此次住宿房間緊臨大馬路旁，有點吵雜，期望隔音能改善。

地點超棒！淺草線直達成田機場、票價便宜又很方便！

2樓lobby不能用餐，房間沒有熱水壺，沒有投幣機、冰塊、自助洗衣房，這些對連住四晚的旅人實在很不友善⋯一旁lounge bar的音樂太大聲，下酒的小食種類太少，又禁止外帶食物⋯唉！實在很掃酒興～

服務態度真的超好，地理位置也超好，一下樓就是地鐵站，不管要去哪所有地鐵都不用走幾分鐘，超市也很近，距離秋葉原也很近我甚至是散步過去，房間的床非常舒服，浴室也很大，只是水要自己買，他們會給小瓶水，但在東京自己買水算很正常的事整體來說是非常滿意

隔音差，晚上常常隔壁樓上樓下會一直蹦蹦蹦，蹦一次床都會震動，外面運氣不好遇到飆車族還故意來回飆，那噪音非常大幾乎完全沒被隔

la chambre un peu petite , par rapport au photo . et surtout cette tendance d'hôtellerie ou nous ne pouvons pas ouvrir les fenêtres !! c'est difficile pour moi , il faudrait pouvoir le préciser .

アメニティ、設備が少なすぎる

Sehr schönes Zimmer, superweiche dicke tolle Handtücher, schöne Pyjamas, kuschelige Hausschuhe. Alles in toller Qualität! Superschöne Lobby mit Café und Bar. Wir haben beides getestet und fanden es toll. Bar bietet hervorragende Musik und einen fantastischen Service. Insgesamt sehr nettes Hotelpersonal. Unten gibt es noch ein Sternerestaurant, leider war dieses zu unserer Aufenthaltszeit ausgebucht. Es empfiehlt sich daher einige Wochen im Voraus zu reservieren wenn man daran interessiert ist!

房間設計很讚環境很乾淨，大廳整體很舒服！員工都很親切～廁所超級大，用起來非常的舒服！附近都有24小時的超商，大廳還有酒吧，吃吃喝喝一手包辦！ 附近地鐵站有直達成田和羽田機場的車子蠻方便的～

離地鐵站的出入口 比較遠一些（但尚可接受）

2歳の息子はお部屋の作りが楽しかったみたいで、とても喜んでいました。 そして、携帯を椅子の隙間に落としてしまいましたが、スタッフの皆さまが助けてくださいました。

El espacio de la habitación es un poco pequeño

Beautiful, minimal design. Very considered. Beds are very comfortable, bathroom was lovely and clean and the shower was excellent - much better than at any of our other accommodation in Japan. The breakfast was nice, their coffee is very good! Very relaxing atmosphere, and lovely staff. We would happily stay here again.

Not the most bustling area - some might see this is a perk, though - there’s a few options close by, but did find this to be a bit further of a walk to restaurants and convenience than other places we stayed in Tokyo. Just something to be mindful of. Plenty of stations nearby, and still very well connected though.

本次东京旅行最喜欢的酒店之一，卫生极其好，让我这个重度洁癖的人非常舒适，一个人定了三人房，为了空间大一些，可以放下29寸的行李箱，同时，房间的打扫也很细心，恰如其分，整个酒店现代，低调。高级，简洁，整个都长在我的审美点上，以后去东京还会住这家，希望继续保持这样的品质与服务

We loved the location. It was a 20-30 minute commute to the main tourist places (Shinjuku/Shibuya etc) but the area itself was clean and really lively at night. There is a laundromat just behind the hotel and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants/cafes within walking distance. The hotel's decor is superb. Very minimal, doesn't have anything unnecessary in the room. Beds are very comfy. Staff were super helpful and responsive.

The aesthetic and taste. It is a kind of a designer’s hotel which has a gallery on the first floor. I liked the bar. The range of alcohol, the atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Since it renovated an old building, the ceiling in some spaces is quite low. I’m 177cm (5’10) so I guess your height is over 183cm (6ft), you have to watch your head. The staff was generally nice and helpful, but one lady at the cafe was extremely unfriendly and blunt. Also the latte was lukewarm.
