Location, staff, great breakfast, many many places to eat. Large room, nice pool and happy hour.

Could hear to shower and toilet flushing from the upstairs rooms. Dark bathroom,dim light.

Modern new hotel, beautiful large room, with bluetooth speakers (nice touch) and floor to ceiling windows and great views. Bathroom was huge and clean.

Nothing. One of best clean modern hotels for the price.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful.

The wifi was a bit intermittent.

The room, the breakfast, and pool were OK, overall service and experience were really good. The location was great.

Just two things that could improve: the WiFi is horrible, and the gym was too basic.

the hotel is not by far what you see on the pictures and what the people say. the furnitures need an urgent renovation the fridge leaks and all the floor is plenty of water construction sites in front of the hotel at 6:30am poor breakfast

Staff friendly and helpful. Good amenities and breakfasts. Superb location.

Its was okey but nothing like the pictures.

some aspects were not clean and dissapointing compared to the pictures

Wahn and Beer made my visit by always being cheerful helpful and engaging with all of my requests and questions breakfast was good with as much coffee as you needed…thanks guys… room was comfortable and enough storage and space for 2 2 minutes walk to bars and café and 5-10 minutes to the larger shopping centre

the pool was closed for 2 days … not sure why! the aircon leaked water and the safe wouldn’t open… although everything was quickly sorted by the 2 reception staff… consider a room at the rear of the hotel.. much quieter

No city view point I booked with city viewpoint but no And I mention to make up to room and housekeeper didn't make up the room then reception had to make up the room. Housekeeper don't even say hi to customer and just look at customer face its kinda impolite. And baht room not so good when u taking shower. Everywhere is wet. No good

The location is very good, the staff is very nice and friendly. The room is clean.

The furnitures are worn-out, the bathroom interior are old and looks like they are quickly put stuff together. The water was leaking from somewhere from shower. The air-conditioning is super loud and I can always here noises from the hallway and the storage next to my room.

Bathroom drainage had an unpleasant odour.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. The room was clean and had a "giant" bathroom. Nice breakfast. Rooftop pool.

The only thing l missed here was umrellas at the rooftop pool to get some shade from the sun😉
