A fun nights getaway.

Love the selection of restaurants and bars within the hotel/casino.

Hot tub wasn’t heated warm enough. Felt like a heated pool, also the edges inside the pool were very sharp.

Great hotel for a good price, has everything we needed - comfy beds, quiet rooms, good breakfast, perfectly hot shower, Starbucks on premises, close to SFU

Have stayed previously and would stay again

Helpful friendly staff. Convenient restaurant for breakfast. Friendly service at the restaurant.

The shampoo and body wash bottles were nearly empty when we arrived we stayed for 7 days and they were never filled

Always a sure bet for a good stay

Staff were excellent ... hotel is convenient and parking is free and plentiful Nice room with window that opens for fresh air.

a little dusty in the room. Ice machine under maintenance so took an hour to have ice delivered.

Too quick arrived at 10 pm and left the following morning by 7:30 am.

Loved having the casino in the hotel but I was too tired to really enjoy the experience.

If the hotel was closer to the airport. No shuttle service

I wasn’t happy at all and when I talked to front desk it seem it wasn’t important that I was unhappy

For the amount of money I paid was nothing great.. Not enough towels for four people I had to call for extra.. Which I did book for four people.. Over all my experience at the hotel wasn’t great.. I have stayed at this location before and was very happy and that’s why I came back. The way I’m feeling now I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to no one.. Also I wouldn’t book again as I come to Burnaby at least once a month..

nice hotel but obvious flaws

no room service, you had to pick up your food at the restaurant. no parking for over height vehicles. staff did not offer parking.
