Nice but sleepless

Loved the cleanliness and quality of the hotel

The pillows were so soft we hardly got any sleep on them

Time for an Update

The staff were very friendly. The food was great. The whole lobby area was quite impressive. The security at the hotel was great, which gives peace of mind.

Clean the rooms and update them.

Enjoyed it and would recommend it.

Room was very clean and well maintained, staff were great. Loved the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna.

TV channels were not great, not much to choose from. Female bartender in the evening was not friendly.

That you advertise this as a waterfront property, it is not. The parking garage is a total hole, not fit!

Hotel very impersonal and not an enjoyable stay for a single person.

Location was good, easy walk to harbour and restaurants. Breakfasts ok but not much variation. Food in restaurant good.

Staff could have been more welcoming. Staff in the Pinnacle quite friendly but not in reception. Lots of bus tours coming and going. Could be noisy at night. Room tired and underwhelming. Didn't get serviced one day.

We loved being downtown and this location was ideal

Convenient location to downtown, staff very friendly

The carpet in our room was old and dated. The price was high.

We are staying at this hotel quite often. Location is perfect, staff is great but needs to pay attention to the bathroom facilities. Were struggled to turn on/off the shower and water is not running down properly.

Room was spacious, very clean, staff were all nice. There was construction being done on the parking garage which made it a little trickier, but overall everything met expectations.
