We had a wonderful stay!!!

Location, pleasant staff, historical information about Biltmore/Asheville, and restaurant attached. Oh and the warm and yummy cookies!!!

The only negative comment I can say is the mattress needs to be upgraded to either higher end mattresses or memory foam. In our opinion, they need some attention.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but felt like we went through a time warp when we entered the suite.

The location as well as the prompt, helpful and Service of all staff was exceptional.

The room matress, wallpaper, decor and electronics do not appear to have been updated In at least 20 years. Simple additions like USB/USB-C enabled outlets and televisions with the ability to login to personal streaming services would be more in keeping with hotels we’ve enjoyed around the globe in the past 5 years. Upgrading the mattress and pillows (all down/down-like- none were firmer) is another recommendation I’d suggest. Finally, a lighter/brighter design scheme that felt more like 2024 and less like 2004 is something I’d to see in hotels of this caliber.

It was a good stay but not worth the $180.00 plus per night stay. Ridiculous pricing.

Wonderful stay with great staff

Didn’t realize it was right off of a busy road but it was pretty quiet and we enjoyed it very much. The room was comfortable enough to bring our dog so it wasn’t too cramps for him to be with us. Liked it too that we were at the end, right by the exit door so easy access to the outside for him to potty. The breakfast was a bit expensive but the food was fine and the waitress as well as all the staff that assisted us were too notch. We will definitely recommend the hotel.

Breakfast a bit too pricey for the selection. Think continental or the a la carte should be under 10 with tax and tip.

Staff and the facilities were great.

Pillows had no support. The breakfast was extremely overpriced, considering the food had been sitting long enough to crust and the fruit had turned brown.

Great place to stay near Biltmore that’s family and dog friendly

Location was great, the restaurant and bar attached to the hotel was good, the rooms were clean and newer, this staff was exceptionally nice. My dog was treated very well, they even gave him a dog biscuit when they gave us cookies!

this hotel is clean and nice for the price. great location next to biltmore.

the room was clean and ready when we arrived. my kids loved the warm cookies on arrival.

the beds were not very comfortable and the couch didn’t have any throw pillows to lean on. our toilet clogged during the night.

Comfortable, home like atmosphere, located close to Biltmore.

Loved the lobby, and breakfast was really good. The room was comfortable and quiet. We were close to Biltmore which was our reason for traveling. We loved that Fridays was attached. And the front desk staff was great, especially Carla Morris. Cookies were awesome!

It is beginning to look outdated.

Would love to give this place a second try perhaps in the fall season. Mainly because of the staff!

Very kind and considerate staff… Very friendly. Carla was exceptional

Requested a handicap bathroom and ended up with a bathtub I could barely get into. Handicapped accessible parking was limited to four spaces, and they were not accommodating of a van. Unfortunate incident of no heat or power on the outside grid of the hotel was not good in 0° weather. The staff did their best to accommodate during this time.
