TV didn’t work.

The check-in person was kind and efficient and fun. The cookie was excellent. Room was exceptionally clean. Bed was firm (yay!) and the room was quiet - never heard a sound from anyone else. TV channels and controls easily to navigate - and with a single remote. I was able to park right by the B entrance.

TV has a sharp image with deep blacks, but the speakers are on the back, pointed away from the listener. Especially when the a/c was on, I felt like I was blasting it at the neighbor’s wall yet still missing dialogue.

Gym open 24 hours and well equipped. warm cookies at the front desk. bar and grille on site as well

one of our rooms had an outdated bathroom with tendency to have toilet clogs. the other room while bathroom was remodeled and functional had very limited AC capacity and never got colder than 70 in room

Room smelled.

Room very comfortable and clean. Overall property and facilities very dated and unimpressive, needs updating. Staff is very friendly. But you can hear from your room staff pushing carts and making noise throughout the night and morning. Investment in quiet rolling carts would be a good idea. Hallways very acoustic.

It was awful and way over priced

When I got to my assigned room. I opened the door to a strong Marijuana smell , then there was a man in the bed!! I was shocked. The staff really didn't apologize. I was promised a free breakfast, and that didn't happen.

I liked the large comfortable room

I didn't like no microwave in room , the staff accused me of smoking in my room when I don't smoke there was people below me smoking and it was blowing in from my air-conditioning in which I totally got blamed for it and let the lady in to smell my room and she even said well OK I don't smell it but it was in the hall. Well I got charged and blamed anyhow. It's not right. I would like my money back for my day I paid for that was on the 2/28/23 and got kicked out for someone else.
