Second séjour décevant

Le personnel, le service de valet pour la voiture, l’emplacement de l’hôtel. Mise à disposition de lit bébé.

Lit très inconfortable, fuite d’eau bruyante à la porte toute la nuit, les heures de nettoyage de chez chambre totalement aléatoire ( 10h, 16h,19h ) avec un bébé pas facile. La chambre pas prête à notre arrivé à 16h30 a l’hôtel ( attente 30min )

Стоимость, прачечная бесплатная на этаже с бассейном, можно пока стираешь и сушишь покупаться и позагорать. Приемлемые завтраки

Отель устает… были в октябре, за полгода стал хуже. Номера темные, сильно не хватает света. Нет балкона, посушить вещи негде. Вид из окна оставляет желать лучшего. Расположение норм только если на машине., кстати есть подземный паркинг. Бассейн с плавающими волосами в нем, ужасно неприметно. Постоянно забывали положить полотенца в номере и чай. Вообщем отношение персонала к качеству на 5 из 10. Отель ориентирован на индийцев, их очень много и не всегда ведут себя прилично

Will never come back to a place that doesn’t follow up with their visitors and specially if it was about the room

The receptions was friendly and cool Bed was comfy

Very noisy. No one answer the phone for 3 hours i kept it open The same from my room phone no one answers No one came to fix my AC. It was very bad They sent one person then i requested again as no change but no one came back I couldn’t sleep as some room had drums and making a lot of noise with the heats in the room

Amazing stay in Dubai

We had great stay. The room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. It was impeccably cleaned every day. Also the breakfast was amazing, offering great variety and service.

Budget stay for aquick trip if you are not looking for something fancy

It was clean with a good price

The bed was not comfortable and we asked to change the mattress, and they did. The location was not super, the breakfast was average and the room lacked some items (slipper, robe, the towels were VERY old, toiletries, shower cap) the parking area was very snug and narrow

Gut aber …

Hatten einen Problem aber wurde gut gelöst. War sauber. Alles was man braucht in der Nähe.

Swimming Pool war sehr klein und überfüllt. Frühstück war gut, aber auch immer sehr voll . Es gab zwar ein Shuttle zur Strand und Dubai mall , aber nur 3x pro Tag .

Excelente estadia. Quarto de tamanho adequado com vista para a cidade e com isolamento acústico, com lençóis e travesseiros bem macios, proporcionando uma noite de sono tranquila. Fomos muito bem recebidos e acolhidos por toda a equipe, principalmente pelo Srail Gul, que também nos aconselhou sobre os roteiros do que fazer na cidade. Atendimento caloroso, principalmente pela Dilhara que nos recebeu tão bem em um jantar árabe no rooftop do hotel. Café da manhã com muitas variedades. Todos da equipe são atenciosos, nos trataram bem. O hotel oferece serviços de transfer gratuitos para o Dubai Mall e La Mer Beach.

My last vacation here.

Good value for money, if...

They closed the pool and pool area, every day at 4pm and on saturday at 3pm, to prepare for a private iftar dinner. (Extra 99aed to participate). After 3pm our only option at the hotel was to stay inside the room or lobby. We arrived at the pool at 2:50 pm and the staff told us we have only 10 minutes until they close. After 3pm the staff started to grab chairs, sunbeds and beeing unpolite, with a lot of families still there. Dear management, is this ok? We payed for your services and facilities, it wasn't free. There are flies on the food in the breakfast area but i think it's normal. Nobody cared. We were here last year also. The hotel is degradating. Advice for management: You need to repair/change not only paint the damages.

Все сподобалось, ми задоволені повністю :) Чистий і затишний номер, смачний сніданок, близько є станція метро, і супермаркет і також супер привітний персонал.

Відсутність звичайних розеток, і відсутня інформація щодо до цього.

Viaggio a Dubai

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 4 notti. La posizione è buona, non vicinissimo alle attrazioni principali di Dubai però sono facilmente raggiungibili grazie alla metro che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi (Fermata di Al Jadaaf linea verde). La colazione a buffet veramente ottima e con vasta scelta sia di dolce che salato. Camere spaziose e letti comodi. Ho usufruito della palestra, che devo dire è attrezzata per essere una palestra di un hotel.

Lo scarico del lavandino in bagno era intasato e l'acqua andava giù molto lentamente. La piscina chiude un po' troppo presto ma sicuramente era per il periodo del Ramadan visto che la sera veniva organizzata la cena a buffet a bordo piscina dalle 6:30, appena tramontava il sole.

Overall it’s a good experience stay with few hardships which can be rectified.

Breakfast was excellent.

Bathroom conditioner was filled for all four days and no slippers were given. Dental kit and comb was provider

Pleasant and looked after quite well.

Despite the location being away from the center of Dubai, the hotel made up for being just a short walk away from the Metro. It’s rather located at a tranquil part of the city. One of the best experiences was the forthcoming, helpful & supporting attitude of the staff, especially at the reception. They just met each one of our demands. Truly unbelievable. Really added great value to our stay. The hotel rooms were comfortable with not that bad a view. The gym was really good; could be used 24/7. A but costly but the overall experience was very good. Since I stayed with family, we’d surely want to stay over again next time around.

The pool is open 24 hours but wasn’t kept clean. Both the rooms and food were a bit costly.

Great value

Doina at front desk was amazing thank you for the hospitality. It was our second time at the hotel & great value for money Short walk to metro & great shuttle. Im syre we will be back!

Рядом с метро, сетевая гостиница. Рядом небольшие лавки, можно купить воду, перекусить. В номере есть все необходимое: утюг, фен, вода, чай, чайник.

Не хватает мест во время завтрака, персонал Очень неспеша убирает освободившиеся столики, накапливается очередь на завтрак. Горничный может настойчиво предложить убрать номер, даже когда вы находитесь в нем. Если не дадите горничным убрать номер в 9-11 утра, могут в этот день и вовсе не убрать.

Convenient location and friendly staff

The room cleaning was irregular and missed certain items such as toilet rolls, tea and coffee and on one occasion we had to speak to front desk at 6.30pm to ask our room to be cleaned and made up.

Decent stay but don’t expect great service.

Newer property with an okay location. It works for me due to work but there is nothing close by in terms of food etc.

Staff wasn’t that great at all. Both check-in and check-out staff were very slow and didn’t seem to want to hurry up. Room service was also very slow compared to promised time. Took almost an hour vs 25 mins promised. Same with morning breakfast staff.
