L'hôtel et très bien et propre mais les chambres PMR sont très mal pensées.

Les cookies gratuits. Le personnel très sympa. L'emplacement.

La salle de bain n'est pas bien adaptée pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant. La baignoire est basse et il y a des barres partout mais quand on ne peut pas se lever, il est bien difficile de se transférer dans la baignoire. Chambre minuscule, impossible de bouger en fauteuil.

Clean, great location, friendly staff

The room was clean and ready early for check in. The breakfast buffet was very good. All of the staff were very friendly

Goed hotel op een prima plek centraal in New York

Prima bedden, schone kamer, leuke rooftopbar

Het is enorm gehorig, geluiden van buiten en binnen was goed te horen waardoor nachtrust niet optimaal was. New York blijft een levendige stad, ook in de nacht.

La situation idéale, point central pour les visites. La vue sur l'Empire State Building. Le roof top avec une vue sur toute la ville.

Prima en comfortabel verblijf

Zeer centraal gelegen, nabij Penn Station en veel toeristische dingen op loopafstand. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, comfortabele kamer. Als rolstoelgebruiker erg blij met de ruime kamer en badkamer met inrijddouche.

Restaurant bleek gesloten, terwijl in de app stond dat het geopend zou zijn.

Everything you need and more

This hotel is in a perfect location and has a great rooftop bar too. The staff are very friendly and helpful and a special thank you to Tanika Williams. This lovely lady is there for anything you need and more with a fabulous smile every single day! Thank you for making my daughter and I feel very welcome and we will be back for sure.

I can't really find anything to fault to be honest so it would be unfair to do so. Go stay here and have a great time.

Location and clean room

Great location - fabulous hotel

Location was fantastic, flew in from Ireland on March 1st and got the train direct to Penn Station which was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Walking distance to time square, very close to Madison Square Gardens, great view of the Empire State, close to Macys, Target and all of the other stores you may want to visit. Also, Dunkins was just across the street so I was able to get my favourite coffee every morning!

-Die Lage top -jeden Tag würde das Zimmer sehr gut gereinigt -das Personal war extrem nett und zuvorkomment

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen, dennoch war es nicht komplett lärmfrei. Allerdings ließ es sich aushalten. Lärm gab es nur, wenn Martinshorn eingeschaltet war. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es in den unteren Etagen schlimmer ist.

A great hotel for a first time visitor to New York.

The location was perfect. Easily accessible by subway, bus, car and walking.

I found the bed too soft. The option to select a firmer mattress would have been ideal but I understand you cannot cater to everyone with mattress choices.

Vue sur l'Empire State et confort

La situation de l'hôtel à dix minutes de marche de broadway, de l'empire state et de Penn Station avec plusieurs lignes de métro pour aller vers le down ou le up. Chambre petite, mais fonctionnelle. Un petit placard. Un coffre et une cafetière. Très bonne isolation phonique des.chambres L'espace douche est suffisant et entretenu ainsi que la chambre chaque jour. Une literie très confortable. Et un personnel prévenant. Le plus , la.vue sur l'empire state et le roof top de l'hôtel. Un petit plus pour les cookies à disposition à l'acceuil

L'hôtel est central et bien sûr comme il se doit à NYC, la ville est bruyante. Donc malgré une bonne isolation, quelques bruits extérieurs sont à prévoir.

Muy limpio y super ubicación

La ubicación, que nos limpiaron todos los días nos gustó nos sirvió para lo que necesitemos. El metro estaba a nada y mucha conectivifad.

El espacio es pequeño pero creo que es lo necesario por el lugar y su precio.

Very clean and comfortable room in a great location

Small, but functional room with very comfortable bed, small desk, and private bathroom. Very clean. The staff at check-in was very nice.

Location is great, rooms are tiny, price seems to be high for what is offered

The location is really great, only few minutes away from Times Square and most of the attractions in mid-town Manhattan. Room was clean and the staff used to come every day to clean it, empty the garbage bins and make the beds. Rooftop bar is really nice and you have a close view of Empire State.

Rooms are really tiny, we book a 2 double beds room for my family and there was barely any space to walk around the beds not even to put our luggage or our clothes. My room was 3rd floor facing to the street and it was very noisy at night due to all the people in the street looking into the trash (very sad to see). Bear in mind that nothing else is included in the booking price and you will have to pay it apart (breakfast, parking). I'm used to Hilton hotels and was expecting more about this one... I believe the price is high for what it offers (I know it's NYC but still)

Exceptionally comfortable bed. All meet my expectations.

All the facilities and staff meet my expectations. The bed was the most comfortable Ive ever had in a hotel so thank you for that. Staff were super helpful and went above and beyond when I asked for a late checkout and if they could hold my luggage as my flight was late at night.

There was nothing i did not like.

Great hotel to stay at and central for all of NYC

Hotel was nice and room was great. The view of the Empire State Building made the stay amazing!

What was going on down below in front of the hotel wasn’t always fun. But to be expected so nothing!

Gute Leistung in zentraler Lage

Die Lage ist gut und die Ausstattung ebenfalls. Am Empfang freundliches Personal, täglich Roomservice und Gepäck konnte ohne weitere Aufwände vor Abreise sicher deponiert werden. Die Rooftoobar bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Skyline.

Aufgrund der zentralen Lage wird der Vorplatz des Hotels auch gerne von störenden Personen besetzt. Die Zimmer sind leider recht klein, was für NY jedoch die Regel ist.

Pas de bouteilles d’eau dans les chambres, ménage pas fait le dernier jour, chambres mal isolées, wifi coupée le dernier soir, caution de 350$ au moment du ckin, toute petite chambre, pas d’espace pour le rangement.

Très bel Hotel, bien placé, confortable

Personnel accueillant, souriant, et à l'écoute Hotel situé sur la 8eme avenue, proche de Times Square a pied, a deux rues du Madison Rooftop magnifique, dommage interdit aux enfants

Mauvaise isolation des fenêtres, le froid rentrait dans les chambres et on entend vraiment beaucoup le bruit de la rue
