This hotel is nice HOWEVER I would not rate it family friendly at all. Waste of money.

The property was nice and clean, but we didn’t have a fridge and microwave which was wild considering I paid an exorbitant amount for a mediocre stay.

The amount of noise, partying, yelling, fighting, and slamming of doors from the surrounding guests made this the absolute WORST possible stay of my life. I specifically chose this hotel because it was described as being family friendly but it was far from it. I got ZERO sleep in my nights there because of the partying going on around us. Definitely WORST experience of all my hotel stays.

WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN FEES

hotel was very good.

My reservation with Booking.com included a parking fee of $36 dollars That I could not get rid of when I made my reservation : but I hope I could get the the hotel to credit me $36 before I took the room since I did not have a car to park But they said I had made my reservation with Booking and I needed to take it up with them, in the end neither would take responsibility for stealing $36 dollars from me.

Disappointing

Front desk people tried to accommodate my needs.

I was moved twice due to cigarette and Meldo Smell, but unfortunately, the room We ended up getting still have this melds smell too. I believe they clean the carpet and don't air it out, so it create the meldo smell. So, I had to open the door and air it out for a couple of hours. As a long-time Hilton member, i was really disappointed.

Decent stay, not one I would return to voluntarily.

Clean, nice amenities, spacious rooms.

Pillows. Two pillows per person essentially. Terrible pillows that deflate and shrink into small nothingness. Cheap iron for a quality hotel. Parking fee.

Over priced parking The bar under stocked And restaurant sign said closes at 11 we got there 10 and the kitchen was closed! So we ordered out for pizza and wings money I could’ve spend there went elsewhere

Comfortable and relaxing stay. Excellent location. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent service and amazing value. For a little more, I would recommend staying on the top floor. Amazing view.

For the price, it was just "ok".

Shower did not drain, tv wouldn't turn off using the remote. The day I checked out, I received a text stating they were awaiting my arrival and did I still want two queen beds. Made me worry I was about to be charged for another stay that I did not book.

Convenient hotel, centrally located, pet-friendly

Courteous staff, easy check in/out, King suite w/balcony, fridge, microwave, fresh baked cookies, centrally located to food/shops, great restaurant/bar/cafe, pet friendly.

Poor communication w/housekeeping and the room was never cleaned throughout my 4 night stay. i requested daily cleaning @ check in and called twice and was really only able to get fresh towels and the trash taken out.

Not a bad choice if you have a full day of activities planned.

It has an indoor pool. my kids loved it.

The carpet conditions in the rooms was old and smelly. If you are not a Hilton Honors member you have to pay for WiFi. The showers at the indoor pool area didn’t have hot water.

Extremely disappointed

The lobby makes you feel like you got what you paid for.

The hotel is very old. It was one of the higher priced rooms I've paid for. It's the only hotel I've stayed at in the last 3 years without USB connections all over the place. The carpet was old and ran down, and the furniture was not only outdated but extremely beat up. The most disappointing stay I've had in San Diego by far.

very great staff, great hotel. I would stay there again.

Besides the amazing cookies I loved the technology on the elevator. My bed was large and comfy as well.

I’m grateful to have an outdoor space but the balcony was a bit too tiny and I absolutely dreaded closing that silly door on the balcony. Just get a regular sliding door, it’s too much work to open and Cloe each time.
