Location, staff and price was fantastic! It's right in between the Eaton Centre and Art Gallery of Ontario. The on-site restaurant food was well cooked and taste was on point! There is underground parking that was safe and secure.

Good Location, beds were comfortable. Plenty of amenities.

The cleaner came into our suite without knocking, without announcing she was there. She then barged into our bathroom without knocking while my husband was using it.

The staff were rude and could not accommodate a late check-0ut as I was willing to pay, the washroom tub was dirty, and the mini fridge had a smell. I would never book again!

la chambre était dans un état lamentable tapis très sale,les draps et les serviettes n’était plus blanc mais gris les meubles étaient abîmés moi et mes deux filles n’avons même pas dormi là nous sommes partis à 22h nous pouvions pas dormir dans cette chambre l’hôtel n’as pas voulu me rembourser il m’ont dit que c’était avec vous ,comment puis-je procéder? je suis très déçu de cette expérience je croyais passer un beau séjour avec mes deux filles et surtout j’ai dû conduire 6h tard le soir pour revenir à la maison et j’ai pas pu profiter du lendemain que nous étions supposés aller visiter je vous remercie et j’attends de vos nouvelles

La excelente ubicación, muy cerca del centro, las vistas desde la habitación, la amabilidad del personal.

Después de pasar la primera noche el personal de limpieza no paso por la habitación, cuando llegamos a la habitación después de un largo día, nos la encontramos tal y como la habíamos dejado.

La ubicación es exelente la mayoría de atractivos están caminando.El parking está poco caro pero en el rango.

La relación calidad precio , desayuno malo y caro ( huevos,pan con mantequilla y café) no jugó , no cereal no nada. Muy pobre. La habilitación regular, por menos de la mitad del precio consigo una habitación mayor.

Good location and the room was clean!

Parking is a bit of a nightmare. You have to go into the underground parking garage which isn’t a big deal but there’s a 6’ high limit and that wasn’t noted on the listing so thankfully I had a car that fit. It would be a huge issue for anyone with a truck to try and park down there.

Restaurant, location, we slept well. Courteous staff.

Noises from water pipes. We chose a pretty small room which was on us. Would have liked a second chair.

Check-in was fast and easy. Staff was super friendly.

Fridge had not been emptied and still had food from previous guest.

The staff are terrific making my visit feel like I'm in a boutique hotel. The location is within my walking distance from Union Station and all the attractions I wished to visit. Though I am not a shopper, Doubletree is very near many retail options; from Ikea to Saks. Many restaurant options are just around the corner.

The property was close to metro station and restaurants, but it was an easy walk to CN tower and other downtown areas. The room size (Double Room with Two Double Beds and Sofa Bed with Kitchenette) was great with reasonable kitchenette. Staff were very friendly.

The room good have done with a good dust, lots of it sitting on surfaces in the room and ensuite. The price was expensive and breakfast not included within that price.

Very polite and professional staff. Clean room, delicious welcome biscuits and good breakfast.

Standard hotel room, clean rooms with pleasant staff. The location is great and is a great home base for your explorations of various parts of Toronto. Very close to TTC station.

Staff member Jing was outstanding! Answered all our questions and made sure our stay was outstanding. He is definitely an asset to the Hilton brand. His attention to our comfort was first rate.

Parking garage was on smaller side with limited spaces.

Loved the location and amenities we used on site. Very responsive and attending to our needs.

Bathroom had some flaws. Shower and toilet are in need of an upgrade. Cracks in toilet- repaired but unsightly. Shower was basic.
