Nice breakfast. Spacious room.

Superficial cleanliness: light switches grubby, toilet stained, carpet sticky, shower drain plugged. (My husband opened it and cleared the hair and crud.)

Pool and trees, low rise Comfortable beds

- carpet so dirty , the maid never even vacuum it! - ugly brownish yellow decor - changing towels systematically despite having hanged them - a private driver organized by the front desk tried to cheat us

It smelled, dead roach in the floor, didn't like the bathroom sink outside the bathroom in the bedroom...

Great breakfast and the pool and laundry were great. Also thought it was great that it was a gated area and had to have a keycard for entrance.

I didn’t like that we had a sliding glass door that opened into the parking lot. It was hard to secure it and feel safe? Especially with small children.

that was ok, and the kitchen staff was wonderful

the hot tub was so filthy, and totally taken over by about 20 Marines..God Bless them, but there should be some sort of posting about SHARING!!! They we directly under my front window AND SO LOUD! My bedroom window was right over the parking area! SO LOUD! ARGH!!!
