Great Location , located in the old town- Great Rooms - Terrace nice - very good information pre arrival

There was Nobody available for check in. Unfortunately Keys were missing. Waited for about two hours. Via phone we were told that we get a breakfast for free, never happened. We were told somebody will come for check out in personal, never happened. All Services were provided via phone

Host Qzlem was very helpful and always available.

Place is difficult to find for taxis.

The atmosphere of the room - old and authentic.

It's very noisy. You hear every step of the guests from the second floor, every plane flying over, cats fighting and cars passing by.

Ozlem hanim was most attentive and friendly and responded urgently to any requests. Location was great albeit with some hills.

Walls are not very sound proof. You can hear next door and the upstairs tenants.

Beautiful little hotel in a very authentic and calm area of Izmir. The rooms are spacious and amazingly renovated, just like the whole building. The garden is like a small oasis, but as soon as you discover the rooftop terrace you will definitely have your morning coffee there. You can reach the heart of the city within 15 on foot, or take a tram (the stop is 6 minutes down the hill).

The owner is very welcoming and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. I got lost trying to find it and I’ve never experienced kinder and more helpful locals while on holiday.

Nothing wrong with the property but Izmir seems to be mostly main roads so you might find it easier if you have a car yourself or can navigate the public transport.

We picked this place because of its authentic interior. Turkish style apartment made our stay amazing. The old style furniture and decoration details vibes made our trip.

As it was almost winter time for Turkey it was a little bit cold in the apartment, but it should be accepted by those like us as this type of old buildings do not have modern heating system and are not allowed.

Location is good, everything was in a 10-15 walk from hotel. We wanted to live not in a typical hotel, but wanted to feel Turkish style in everything. Thanks to Asly for help)

Great location, historical building, comfort, cleanness... Everything was on the top level. The host is so helpful and was very flexible with our multiple requests. Highly recommended!

We love the apartment which offers a very comfortable stay for our family, 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms. It has a great view of the Izmir Bay from the roof top. You can have breakfast or just coffee while enjoying this great view from the roof top. Mr. Taner, the owner has kindly met us and provided important guidance what's available around the area. He has restored this historical building with passion. He is a great host, full of warmth and sincerity. His assistant, Ms. Asli has provided endless support and assistance to our family, during our stay. Mr Taner has arranged for our trip to Ephesus, which we really enjoyed it. We hope to return to Izmir and stay at this wonderful apartment. Thank you Mr. Taner and Ms. Asli.

The flat we stayed in was very nice and well decorated! The neighborhood is very residential but authentic and super charming, there’s barely anything around but you’re still close to the city centre so it wasn’t an issue for us. We used the kitchen to make coffee in the morning, and the fridge helped keep the drinks cold :) The rooftop view is great, especially around sunset time!

Cleanliness could have been improved. The flat was a bit dusty but it’s mostly the Terraces that had not been cleaned in a while - there were old tissues around, plastic bottles and broken glass (a bit dangerous!), while the floor was dirty. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close properly so not great for intimacy.

Really lovely and spacious apartment. The staff is super nice and helpful, we received lots of info even before arriving, highly recommend!

I loved the hospitality, the kind and helpful people especially Hande, I used to annoy her so much by asking so many questions 🥴 but she was always sweet and helpful . She made our experience so nice and comfortable...

There actually wasn't anything to dislike except the place was a bit difficult to find but once you are there it's "an absolute gem" ...
