The property has efficient, clean decor. They are energy efficient. A key card has to be inserted in a slot to turn on power to the room. Refresh service is provided after 3 full days of stay. Housekeeping staff was friendly when passing in the hall.

The towels are not soft and only 2 are provided. There is hallway access to anyone through the courtyard. TP and tissue are cheap. Parking is $40 per night. Breakfast is skimpy - yogurt ran out 1.5 hours before the end and they would not refill. Juices were empty. Plain bagels were gone and the staff, grumpy.

The property was very clean and the breakfast was great.

The internet stopped work on our last day here. The front desk lady was extremely rude and basically hung up on us. After went down to the front desk to explain what was happening They finally sent someone up but they couldn’t get it fixed. They then said they would send another person up but never sent someone. We left to find internet and when we returned there was no parking. ($20 a night for parking) Then when I requested a refund for my last day they told booking that our internet was working and had no problems. Which is crazy since they sent a person up to try and fix it. Luckily I had taken pictures to show the internet wasn’t working. Unfortunately we won’t be able to stay here again due to rude staff and lying staff.

The staff were rude from the receptionist to the person who was serving the breakfast.

Location is very convenient and avoids the Sedona traffic. Facilities are new. Breakfast menu is good with several options.

One of the reasons to book this hotel was the indoor pool. This is not correct. There is only an outdoor pool and a whirpool. Booking.com description needs to be corrected. Room maintenance needs to be improved: room phone was not working and several items were broken and not fixed (lamps, shampoo supports and bath hangs). Service was rough: no extra toilet paper, not enough towels in the room (two times), cleaning service didn't even made the beds and we found previous hair scrunchies. No concierge service or even minimal guidance. Breakfast service was also subpar: lack of silverware, minimal space for eating and missing items that overshadow the good menu.

Location

The pillows smell bad, i had to change room 2x. First room, bathroom sink was dirty and the toilet had used tissue paper, had to flush it. Second room, i was given a handicapped, somfinally i was given a different room, the pillows smelled bad. But the front desk staff was nice and patient.

The choice to include an omelette is value added for the customer. There are so many”continental breakfasts that are sub-par or poor nutritional choices.

The F&B staff was amazing. We loved the breakfast and Nate, the supervisor was awesome. The pancake was amazing. Very fluffy and crispy. I also appreciated the healthy aspect of the breakfast served. I know there were hard-boiled eggs available upon request, but my group did comment that they wished there was scrambled eggs available with the meat provided for the day i.e. sausage. It would be nice if they served bacon during one of the meals as well. I also really like the mirrors in the bathroom for doing your make-up as well. The bathroom sink pressure was very low in our room. However, the kitchen sink, shower, and toilet pressure were great!!! Overall, for the stay and price I would definitely come back and refer my friends to Elements.

The bathroom sink pressure was low. They should serve scrambled eggs and bacon. The hotel should have a compost bin. The bathroom shower should have a shelf for travellers to place their products rather than having them stored on the shower floor.
