This is probably the nicest suite I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The room is impeccably designed and the fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality - it was truly a pleasure to stay here. Made it difficult to want to leave the room!
There’s not a single thing I could complain about. Genuinely a pleasure to stay here. And the restaurant downstairs is top notch!

The toilet is an old fashioned toilet and the chain is too long and needs to be fixed.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Beautifully decorated.
Julie was incredibly rude to us over the phone when we called her to get the email for access to our room..... She's not at all what I have come to expect from someone working at an Eleven property.
The AC was not working in one of our rooms (she texted us to open the window), one of the shades did not go up and the sink was backed up.

beautifully furnished and ver comfortable
not well sound proofed, we could hear people talking outside on the street below very clearly at there was a constant loud mechanical noise, perhaps from the kitchen or heating system.

Loved the location in town with a shuttle to the lifts right across the street. The room was super comfortable and well appointed. The steam shower was an added bonus. Very well done! Restaurant was great, with a nice rum bar next door, too.

Would have liked earlier check in than 4:00. Could have provided bottled water.

I loved how large the room was and all the high-tech features such as wall switches for not only lighting but shade control and speakers throughout. The steam shower with speakers and tub were awesome, too!
There was a slight smell to the unit. Not sure what is was but sort of like sewage. It wasn't bad enough to complain to management but it was noticeable at times.

the design of the rooms and the set-up above the Public House restaurant was perfect. if these rooms are available just book them.
on site parking would have been nice, but it was no problem finding a spot to park around the corner from the Public House.

The room is perfect for anyone traveling for work or a couple. Impeccable cleanliness, dramatic design and ideal access make these accommodations quintessential when you think of a mountain town stay. We got engaged on this trip and can honestly say that half of the luxury of our experience was because of the room at Eleven. Make sure you are physically fit enough to move luggage up and down steep stairs!
A little guide to using the smart room. We figured it out but didn’t realize how the window shades worked and felt exposed or in a cave for the first half of our trip.
