Everything was so close by & not to mention all the amazing amenities

Asked housekeeping to change sheets for an extra night but sheets were not changed.

The location is great for going to an NBA game at the Golden 1 Center. We enjoyed the pool and free snacks and drinks at 5pm. The mini shop is great for quickly buying snacks and groceries.

We had a very noisy room because our room faced the highway and the windows didn't block the noise which made it difficult to sleep. Valet parking was expensive.

I liked that the hotel was really clean, considering how busy it is and how many people come through. I liked the breakfast, they had a lot of options, I also liked that they had a little store for snacks and a restaurant.

When we walked into the lobby, it wasnt the welcoming we were expecting. It was very loud, apparently they had a private event going on,so the music was blasting, there was people everywhere, it was very chaotic. So much that my 3yr old started freaking out because it was very overwhelming. The staff was not friendly at all, we did not encounter 1 friendly staff member the entire time of our stay. Starting when we check in, the women who was checking us in kept rolling her eyes, giving short answers. She had to call the manager over because even though I had booked months in advance, they didnt have our room available. They manager wasnt friendly either, straight face the whole time, didnt apologize for the inconvenience. Offered to move us to a different hotel even though the we had all our luggage on a cart with us and the valet had already taken our car. Then offered us a smaller room, which we ended up taking because it was already late, we were tired from the drive, we were hungry, we just wanted to get into a room. After finally getting to a room we went downstairs to get food, the girl who was taking our order wasnt friendly, she looked tired and over it, it was uncomfortable, like we were the ones being an inconvenience. If you do book here, know that it's a busy and crowded hotel. Honestly, we probably won't be staying here again.

I liked the room except the carpets. They were dirty with juice/wine stains and black stains. Overall the staff were helpful in the food area , front desk and valet parking.

The complimentary happy hour and breakfast were both excellent and the staff was very friendly. The bartender, Skip was especially nice and accommodating. The location of the hotel is great with a nice view of the river and golden bridge. We were only there for one night on our way somewhere else but I was impressed by the hotel for our short stay.

Not the hotels fault but our room faced the street and it was pretty loud out there until about 10:00pm. Loud cars/motorcycles etc. It wasn’t that big of a problem but perhaps it’s worth it to get a river front room if you are an early bedtime person.

The staff was absolutely amazing!! The front desk staff was great ! 😃 The complimentary happy hour was awesome. The breakfast was so delicious. The location is perfect and close to everything!!!

The only little hiccup I did have was the coffee that was made from Starbucks. I tasted no coffee only milk and it gave me an upset stomach the whole day.

Quick check-in process, spacious room, location to Old Sacramento, managers happy hour, breakfast was excellent, everywhere was super clean, staff helpful and friendly

The noise from the freeway (right outside the bedroom window) was constant and interrupted sleep. Valet parking was $36 a day
