I was mistakenly charged for my room on my bank credit card which i gave only for incidentals. All had been booked and paid for under booking.com. The hotel inadvertently charged my bank card for full day stay of $318 instead of 50 for incidentals. Then they denied doing so. I had to show them the charge from their hotel from my phone bank app and they still said it was not possible. It felt as front desk women was annoyed by my questions about matter. And now the impossible was reversed from hotel. I did not appreciate the way it was handled by front desk. I would never write a review,but this was just not acceptable. If responsibility would have been taken and a sincere apology I would not be writing this bad review. My rooms bathroom smelled like urine from the moment i walked in. The scent never left the restroom. Found a black insect/bug on folded towels and a scary spider. I wish I had taken pictures. In addition, my room did not have a full length mirror.

Tiny rooms inadequate bedding and pillows on foldout bed (reception was unable to supply quilt for foldout bed) inadequate towels (2 for 4 people) breakfast was stodgy generally worn, old and bland.

Everyone was sweet. Cesar was a 10/10 so great.

You can hear everything . All night I heard people walking around upstairs. Very loud.

Staff was amazing, breakfast was awesome, pool & spa: great! Beds were comfortable, room was spacious, great location. Good price for the size of the room.

Furnishings in room were pretty beat up. otherwise, a very nice stay

The room and location were great and the breakfast buffet was very great, with awesome food and staff! The kids loved the made to order pancakes!!

The inside of our room could be painted and updated a little. There was some old paint and a cabinet was broke

I tropically have nothing but positive comments about my Embassy Suites stays. Honestly. With the spacious rooms, buffet breakfast and cocktail hour who can complain! However, this last visit was not typical. The room was handicapped and a bit awkward. The phones were t working and the A/C was locked so we couldn’t adjust it. The usual comfort and amenities were lacking. With this said, I will definitely stay again and make some specific requests ahead of arrival.
