The room was very loud. Bed was extremely squeaky. Shower didn’t have great pressure. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Some things were undercooked. Wouldn’t stay again.

Our room overlooked an ally full of trash, seagulls, and lit up like the sun at night. We couldn't sleep with the window open due to noise. Lots of interesting activity going on in the ally, which felt a little unsafe. I expected something better for the price.

All employees were very nice, respectful & polite. Room was clean. Breakfast and evening drinks were great.
Room backed up to ally, which you heard delivery trucks early. But for us not a problem because we’re early risers.

The breakfast was wonderful and so was the staff! The whole place was very clean. Friday by desk was welcoming and polite!
The only problem was the jacuzzi was not warm enough. Another couple was getting out as we got in and said the same.

convenient location, good breakfast
needs updating badly. sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. furniture worn and torn. sofa bed wouldn’t fold back up. staff had to proved extra comforters to place on top to reduce coils poking up. rooms extremely small. I try to always stay at Embassy Suites when traveling, I was very disappointed with this stay. it was the most expensive ES stay I’ve had and it was the worse ES property we’ve stayed at. Room also smelled like smoke.

I am a long time customer of Embassy Suites and enjoy the value for the money. The staff did their best to make us feel welcome.
I did not like the surrounding area too much - homeless people and shuddered businesses, but that is not the fault of Embassy Suites.
