Decent value and what you would expect from an Embassy Suites Hotel.

Location is easy to access. Breakfast is well executed. Use of the Hilton app makes check in easy as does the electronic key. I liked being able to message the staff when I had a couple questions. Response was very quick.

The $20 daily parking fee was quite a scam. There are automatic gates at the property but they are not metered or monitored. The parking and access is not secure and I’m unsure what I was actually paying for. The sofa bed mattress was one of the worst I have seen. My son tolerated it but it could have been much better. The bathroom wasn’t ventilated, which would have been nice.

This hotel has my recommendation!

The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, no issues with other guests, location is great, really hot water for relaxing showers.

The pool was the coldest pool I've ever swam in, no paper towels in our room, had to pay for parking, TV had very few channels, no fan/ventilation in bathroom.

Great option close to the airport with an early departure; efficient airport shuttle.

Bed was very comfy. Suite was quite large.

When I checked in I asked if a luggage cart could be brought up to my room in the morning and was told that would be fine. Bu t when I called the front desk in the morning I could only get an interactive recording, and when I asked to have a luggage cart sent to my room, I was told they were available in the lobby. Just a small thing, but definitely an inconvenience on a tight schedule.

Ok shuttle drivers and front desk superb

Really nice buffet ad always with nice people.

The room was musty. Like they tried to cover up a smoker. I could tell right away. The bathroom door was peeling, the safe did not work. The carpet grungy, roof was leaking.( admittedly hard to fix so high up) the waterfall had a leak. The dinner was not good. Rib eye dry, chewy and flavorless. The ceaser salad seemed like large chunks of lettuce w bottled dressing. Garlic bread was really good. No steak knife. Just the regular butter knife to cut tough dry flavorless steak and tough asparagus( how is asparagus ever tough?) The whole hotel reeked of having been " rode hard and put away wet) A tired little hotel. Not up to the previous experiences I have had with Embassy Suites.

Wonderful your front desk ( Tracy or Tracey ) excellent customer severice and all your staff .

The stay, breakfast, happy hour or complentry drinks everything except paying for parking, other than that it top notch.

Good location, needs updating.

The location is great and the water feature is nice.

The property has majorly gone down hill since our last stay about 5 years ago. I barely recognized the place. Everything looks old and dirty. Plus we had to lay for parking in a huge lot, as a guest.

We will definitely be looking for Embassy Suites/Hilton accommodations for our future trips.

Everyone from hotel check-in to our wait person, Evelyn, to our omelette chef, Jody, were amazing! Never have my fiancée and I had a more memorable stay. The accommodations were comfortable and inviting; restful night.

We didn’t like that we didn’t have the time to stay another night.

Happy Hour was fabulous! Breakfast suburb!

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and there was no shampoo/conditioner either.

NO COMMUNICATION FROM STAFF

Close to the airport for early morning flights

There was a very scary evacuation of the building and the staff gave no explanation. We immediately left with our belongings and went to the airport instead of sleeping.

Easy access to the airport. Expensive for that being the reason for choosing.

Location to the airport was good and fast to catch an early flight

A lot of loud road noise at night on our side of the hotel.

Comfortable beds. Cocktail/beverage hour with snacks. Food restaurant on-site for evening meal.

We travel on a budget and the cost of lodging, including your facilities are at our limit. Looking for less expensive but comfortable lodging for brief stays while traveling.

The hotel is beautiful. Great location. Staff was great. Breakfast was amazing. Bar was great. Rooms are very nice and big. Love the seperate bedroom to.

Super hot in the room. Ac didnt work well. Maintenance did come and fix it, but it never really got much cooler on there. They did bring me a fan tho.

I got my money's worth

Breakfast exceeded my expectations. It was great, the omelets and the service were excellent. The food prepared at the hotel restaurant was also very good

A good quick getaway stay...

Breakfast and drinks! Also great staff assistance. I love the night cap time the most though.

The couch bed was not very comfy, and the beds were smaller than a queen. Still great place though.

This hotel has had 2 shootings in 5 months therefore I cannot recommend it.

Breakfast and HH help offset the cost of the property. There is plenty of room in the lobby, dinner area to conduct meetings and work.

There was a shooting at the property one of the nights I stayed. This was the second shooting at this property in 5 months.

Wish we could of stayed a few more nights

It was absolutely beautiful very well taken care of and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Morning breakfast was delish and even though I don’t drink the complimentary cocktail hour was nice even when ordering the Virgin drinks staff was super friendly and accommodating. And great location super close to everything but off the main beat and path.

Only thing would be the $75 a night charge for a pet to stay. I can see $20-$30 per normal but $75 a bit steep. And the pool was kind of small for how big the location was.
