La tapa del WC se movía y parecía antigua. La zona de la piscina tenía unas baldosas cerca de la piscina que esta a punto de caerse.

房間非常乾淨，白天飯店進來打掃的員工很貼心，有發現我們不需要浴袍，需要衣架，整理房間後，還特別留衣架給我們。

從機場在首爾換地鐵的時候有點辛苦。 離市廳地鐵很近，只是需要經過一個斜坡，第一天來時下雪，行李無法拉上斜坡，因為雪的關係非常容易滑倒。

La chambre standard ou deluxe sont très propres, literie excellente, eau, brosse a dents, chaussons changes tous les jours ainsi que les serviettes. Discrétion du personnel, toujours aimable. Situation géographique prés du metro, restaurants. Le tarif de l’établissement est très correct pour une chambre de 36m 2 .

1. The location is excellent. Lots of eateries around and City Hall station is round the corner. 2. The room is clean and of good size. 3. Hotel allows storage of luggage and even have a fridge to store our kimchi.

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt (mehr als 2 Wochen) gab es nicht genug Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Huge room, plenty of space for luggage, even has a little sofa! Bathroom was great, had space to put stuff on the sink.

Location around the hotel is a bit dead on weekends.

Excellent location, steps away from City Hall subway station and easy to reach from the airport as well as the railway station.

The gym was not particularly well equipped and poorly ventilated as it neighbored the pool.

Bathroom was very nice and spacious. Nice large sized beds. TV was easy to operate and offered some English speaking channels. Front desk staff were very helpful whenever contacted

We booked this hotel because it offered a pool. However, we informed on arrival that there was a fee to use the pool. This is contrary to the posting on Booking.com, which advertised it as an included facility and not a facility at an extra cost. This was extremely disappointing to our children. Also, the laundry services are nothing more than a coin operated washing machine in the basement. Again, a bit misleading on the description, because laundry service is very different to spending 3 hours of your time parked in front of a coin operated machine. Finally, the kitchenette was very poorly equipped. There were not cups, bowls, plates, or anything to make it a kitchenette other than a microwave. We had to request chopsticks and bowls from the front staff.

Staff accommodating of requests, and professional; most importantly room and bathroom were very clean

The only thing I can offer as suggestion is to make available more coin washers and dryers and perhaps the room walls need fresh painting but this is just a minor observation

Everything was just what I wanted from a hotel. It was a very good stay.

Close to the station. Convenient to go to other spots. There are quite a few restaurants down the hotel.

I suggest to extend the opening hours of the gym and the swimming pool.

The bathroom sometimes smelled like the sewer coming from the drainage holes. Only one washer and dryer in the whole hotel.
