Excellent hotel and stay. Will certainly return.

Breakfast was great - Lots of choice! Hotel Is in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Faliraki. Pool area was lovely and our room (premium) was well equipped. Daily maid service with fresh towels. Absolutely loved the hotel style - Scandi type style with hanging chairs and lots of greenery!

If you can get a room there book it.

Amazing enjoyable short break. A totally family feel to this fantastic place. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every day. The place spotless. Rooms in the premium block are lovely. comfy bed , big bathroom , nice balcony. I cannot find any fault whatsoever. From check in to check out I felt so at home here.

There is nothing not to like. a total family feel with at least one of the family always on hand.

Good place for its value.

Rooms were cleaned daily, we had fresh towels every day. Room was very spacious, with air conditioning. WiFi was reliable. The personnel was very friendly, although not always helpful. The owner was very nice and made sure to make quests feel welcome. Location was very nice, at the edge of the village, with a quiet surrounding, but in a walking distance (10-15 min) to the centre and the beach. It is a place of above average quality for its price.

Most of the personnel did not speak nor understand English. Only one waiter plus the owner herself were able to communicate clearly in English. The reception was not staffed throughout the entire day. The bar was only open during dinner in the evening, we wanted to order some drinks in the afternoon, but the waiter told that that only the owner (who was absent) could make drinks, so we ended up going to town. Breakfasts were okay, but repetitive, and shortages of ingredients were fixed only after a couple of days (i.e. there was no double coffee, or orange juice, for 5-6 days). Dinners varied greatly in quality, some were great, some rather poor.

Superb

Family run, couldn't have been more helpful. We loved the comfort (Premium room), wonderful housekeeping, great breakfast and really good swimming pool. We highly recommend.

realy pleasant pleace worth visiting

The hotel situated 5 minutes to super market, 10 minutes walk to the center, 15 minutes to the sea. In a quiet neighborhood. The area is pleasant and clean. Staff friendly and supportive. Premium room (I don't know what the standard ones look like) nice, spacious, with a large balcony. There is no kettle or dishes in the room (I asked for glasses in the kitchen and got one) but there is a fridge. Generaly good value for money. It was a very nice time.

The breakfasts are varied (cereals, sweet and salty French bread, bread, cheese, cold cuts), but monotonous (always the same set). It happened that some products were running out and were no longer refilled. It's a pity there are so few local produce (basically only olives and yoghurt), little fruit (considering it's Greece and September) and vegetables (only tomatoes). Instant coffee. That is, it is not a key factor when it comes to rating a hotel, but adding a few local products would greatly improve the overall impression

Great place to stay during your holliday in Faliraki!

excellent breakfast. very nice and spacious rooms with excellent Airco and good Wi-fi.

toilet facilities at the pool are not the same level as the rest of the buildings, so an update is needed.

A great place to stay & only 15 minutes walk away from all the bustle of Faliraki.

The family & staff were very friendly & welcoming. Our room was on the ground floor, was quite spacious & had a peaceful outside sitting area. Breakfast was a selection of cereals, fruit, breads, pastries, cold meats, cheese etc - something for everyone. Everywhere was kept spotlessly clean.

It was a shame the outside bar next to the pool wasn't in use, but of course that would need extra staff to man it.

pleasant staff and good location

Location good. room & bathroom were both a reasonable in size Inc the balcony. Good air conditioning

The shower head pressure was very weak making it difficult wash. Had to use the hand shower. The TV was not visible from the main bedroom, hence wasn’t used. The channels were also limited. The breakfast was limited and difficult to access when busy as the layout is tight and queuing for coffee etc is made difficult.

Great!

Pool area was lovely and not too packed. Beds were comfy and air conditioning worked well. Staff were always smiling and happy to help. Was great value for money.

All was great however the location was a bit out of the town along a small local road with no paths. Walk wasn’t too long though and as it was a bit out it was quite peaceful.

Perfect stay. Very friendly host. Quiet and good location with beautifull swimming pool. Good breakfast.

New beds. Maybe a little hard but comfortable and clean. But no reason not to come again! :)

Great getaway for my partner and I

Walking distance to main faliraki beach, but still out of the way. Really friendly staff who were super flexible about our stay, plus a beautiful pool. Couldn’t believe the price of the room for the facilities!

Wonderful cozy hotel and helpful friendly hosts!

The hotel is located a little away from the noise of Faliraki village, but at the same time close to the beach, restaurants and all the main locations. The place is quiet and cozy with its own pool, friendly hosts who are happy to help with any questions, advice on exciting travel destinations and even prepare vegetarian meals. Very kind, friendly and open people, glad to meet them, I can say that I felt at home in this hotel

great holiday, perfect staff

We spent amazing time in this hotel! Everything was clean, well maintained and very nice. Hotel is located in perfect position, quiet and in the middle of olive orchards, just a few minutes by walk from the Faliraki Center. Amazing place to spent your holidays without crowds of tourists and screaming children.Hotel also got a Pool and nicengarden and terrace, where you can have your drink or coffee. Very nice and helpful staff! Thanks for unforgettable stay. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για πάντα!

Everything was clean. They cleaned the room everyday. They got us fresh towels everyday. The personal was also very nice. They helped us with everything and were super friendly. we’ve been there for 8 days and enjoyed everyday of it. I absolutely recommend it!!

Peaceful and welcoming place

Our stay in this residence has been fantastic at all, everything was perfect: rooms are welcoming and clean (the cleaning service is done everyday even if it’s written it is foreseen 3 times a week), the position is really good because it is surrounded by the green and during the night the only noise is due to cicadas; in fact it is located 10 minutes by walking from the centre of Faliraki that is really chaotic in the night. The breakfast is rich and well served; you can find everything you want from the european kind to the american one: greek yogurt, fruit salad, milk, pancakes or waffles, different biscuits, brioches both sweet and savory, eggs, bacon, peanut butter, jams and so on. But the most important thing you’ll find for sure there is the welcome from all the staff: everyone of them hosts all customers with a giant smile and is always at your disposal in order to feel you fine. We had a really comfortable stay at most, nothing was absolutely wrong with us. I suggest as much as I can this fantastic place both for couples and families. PS: if someday you don’t want to go the sea there’s a relaxing swimming pool where you can appreciate the calm of your journey in Rhodes.

Great value for money with nice staff

-friendly staff -the place is very clean -rooms/towels were cleaned every day -it’s quiet and in 3 min by car you’re in the center

-breakfast was not COVID friendly. Guest didn’t wear masks and Hotel staff did not encourage people to do so -wifi and water pressure in the shower could be better

Great stay

Lovely pool, great staff, and good proximity to faliraki and the beach. Great value for money, Would highly recommend.

Advertised as an apartment but there were no cooking facilities so it was a hotel room more than anything, nonetheless was very nice. Single beds were a little uncomfortable,
