I liked the views and how big the space of the room was for our family. Comfortable and clean.

I loved the views from out the window and how there is a schedule for children to be in the pool. I loved the fact that there is an outside area at the hotel it gives off a lot of freedom the space is big and nice. I loved how they left lots of cooking supplies.

I didn't like the head of the shower, and how loud the air conditioning it was, and at around 3:23 am the radio started talking to me, like really loudly wich started me quite a bit took some time to turn off.

Very bad sleep

Clean and modern room.

Our room had a noise all night. We couldn’t pin point it and it kept us up all night. It was very frustrating

Exceptional

Everything was awesome! The staff were super friendly and professional, the views were incredible, and the cleaning crew was very accommodating!

The phone did not work but I forgot to tell them about it.

We came for a family gathering and had a great time together with many wonderful hikes near by.

The kitchen was a great size and very much appreciated. The grandchildren really enjoyed the pool. My view was lovely.

The two rooms I booked and asked that they be close to one another were at opposite ends of the long hall. There wasn’t a washing machine in either of the rooms I chose. Maybe I was mistaken but I thought I had booked one room with a washing machine.

Overall, it was great. The room offered more than what we needed for one night stay.

Good value for the money. Comfortable bed. Clean room.

Our room was near the swimming pool and we could hear the noise from there till it was closed at 11pm.

Relaxing getaway

Staff was great, the room was excellent (booked a studio queen- got upgraded to a king) with a stunning view of the mountains. Very comfortable bed and sofa. We made good use of the pool/hot tub, it was fantastic and well-kept. It was only a one night stay and we immediately wished we could have stayed longer as soon as we entered the room. Definitely recommend, and the drive to Whistler village feels shorter than it actually is.

Great location, easy to find, with plenty of free car parking. The rooms are very large, comfortable and very well appointed.

A weekend for two

Spacious clean and comfortable, well set up. Great views..Nice big patio.

Didn't like room location, directly above pool and hot tub .Noisy in the evenings.

Does the job. Its what you expect from a large hotel.

The room was large and airy and very nice and functional. The sofa bed was unusually comfortable. Guests should know that breakfast isn't served at the hotel so you need to take your own. This info isn't very clear when one makes the reservation. The fact that each room has a kitchenette does not automatically imply that there is no restaurant service. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel could do with a refurbishment as carpets and colours are dark and dated.
