Easy to check in and out. Friendly staff who were helpful. Little mart downstairs and a convenient area to get picked up and dropped off by the Grab. Infinity pool was great and staff very friendly. Would highly Recommend

It was spacious and loved having 2 bathrooms, washing machine

The toilet roll holder was falling off the wall and it was not in the right place to use while on the toilet, and there was not enough toilet paper. Need instructions on how to work washing machine dryer also with the tv, we couldn’t get it to work. Not enough swimming towels, we’re told to go back to our room and get our towels that we had used for showering.

1. Kolam renang tidak mesra muslim/muslimah DAN tidak konsisten. Tidak membenarkan tshirt lycra, tapi pada satu masa lain saya melihat ada pengguna memakai tshirt cotton masuk ke dalam kolam. 2. Perlu ada ruang tertutup jika benar-benar mahu pengguna keluar dalam keadaan kering, sedangkan bilik air cuma perlu melintas sedikit sahaja.

Der var en fin lille butik ved hotellet, med fine priser. Poolen på 8. Etage var ok, dog fandt børnene pludselig toiletpapir på bunden af poolen- knap så lækkert.

Bestillingen på booking kunne ikke ændres, og bestilte pga. poolen med udsigt. Efter jeg havde bestilt, kom der en besked om at det kostede at komme op til udsigtspoolen. Tænkte ok, det gik- når nu jeg ikke kunne afbestille. Da vi ankom viste det sig at børn under 12 ikke må komme derop. Dvs 2 af mine 3 børn ikke kunne komme med. (Der gælder så åbenbart også andre regler for dem det bor der fast- deres børn må gerne.) Da vi så næste dag er ved børnepoolen/poolen på 8. Sal, er jacuzzien og dampbadet under reparation…. Det samme med regn bassinet…. Det lyder meget mærkeligt, når personalet på 48. Etage så kan oplyse at jacuzzien ikke har virket i 5 mdr. Så er det ihvertfald ikke en pludselig opstået ting, men bare noget der bevidst ikke bliver lavet. Så har haft booket et hotel under falske forudsætninger. Der er heller ikke restaurant eller lign. Selvom der er vist andet på billeder og på skilte rundt om på hotellet. På værelset var tingene meget slidte, skruer der stak ud fra fastskruede køkkenlåger, ingen gryder eller lign. Næsten ingen tallerkener, ihvertfald ikke nok til en familie på 5. Der var brændemærke på en stol osv. Der var kun 3 håndklæder, fik de sidste to ca. 10 timer efter jeg skrev at de manglede. Min mand blev mødt af flere personaler der på det kraftigste forlangte at se nøglekort og bevis på at han måtte være der, det blev oplevet som meget ubehøvlet.

The check-in is too late! 3 pm. But I knew it because it was in the information. I left my things and went out to make the most of the afternoon. I returned to the hotel around 7 pm and thought I should see the magnificent pool on the 48th floor with its incredible view, as advertised in the hotel information on booking. I went up and saw people in the water, so I went back to the room and put on swim shorts. Upon returning to the 48th floor, the door was closed, and a person opened it and asked what I needed. I told him I was a guest and would use the pool, which is when my discomfort and anger began. The young man told me I had to pay a ticket, something that is not mentioned anywhere in the advertising and information provided by booking about this hotel. In my case, I would be in Kuala Lumpur for less than 24 hours, and about 12 hours in the hotel. I chose that hotel because in the reviews (sometimes created by hotel staff), it said that the sunset in the pool with the Petronas Towers in the background was a must-see, so I was convinced... but it turned out that despite paying $55 for about 12 hours in the hotel, I couldn't use the only place for which I chose that hotel, as I could get a bed and a bathroom anywhere else for very little money. Very upset, especially because the young man who charged for the ticket immediately called someone from security in my presence, as if I were an intruder. I went down to the reception and expressed my displeasure to the staff. I understand they are not to blame for these rules, but I told them that the advertising was deceptive and that booking does not mention that you have to pay a ticket to use the pool, in addition to the fact that in the 8 photos of the room, the last one is precisely of the hotel pool THAT THEY CHARGE EXTRA to use. The staff checked my reservation and confirmed that my annoyance made sense since I paid for something that, in the end, was not included, and I had to pay extra to use it.

The room was super comfortable.. plus have all the things i need ( washer dryer , iron , fridge , microwave) . I will surely coming back at this suites expecially by V&C ... the staff was really helpful .. kudos to them ! The view was amazing , the pool also ...

I need to pay for the rooftop pool .. other than that everything was perfect

Jediné mínus vidím v tom že prvý deň nešla tepla voda v sprche a za celé 4 dni nám ani raz neboli upratať izbu, neviem teda či len zabudli alebo to tam tak chodí že pri krátkom pobyte sa neupratuje…
