Convenient location and helpful staff.

Location was near to the highway and that helped me negotiate the city.

the sink leaks, the toilet would flush, it smelled weird both me and my daughter woke up with swollen faces. it wasn’t all that clean

Good value for a short stay.

The room size was great. We did not experience any problems with noise or disturbances.

The room was not as clean as expected. The bathroom was terrible.

Great location, no frills hotel

Great location, comfortable bed, friendly receptionist.

Had to ask for all cooking stuff at the receptionist. Teflon frying pan was badly scratched.

An inexpensive option for a short-term stay, but not for an extended one.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are snacks and coffee you can grab in the morning instead of breakfast, which is good for such an inexpensive place.

There were roaches in the bathroom, which is never a pleasant surprise. Also, the carpet in the room had some odd stains. I expected more regarding the cleanliness of the rooms.

after we arrived and got settled in our room the desk clerk called and made sure the room was to our liking

just far enough off the busy highway which made it quiet

the grab and go breakfast bar could have had a few more items on it.

The motel was convenient to Charleston and other points of interest. It was extremely clean.

The location was ideal for or visit to Charleston. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was minimal but the coffee was good.

The road leading to the facility was tricky at rush time traffic.

A bit overpriced for what it offers.

Very spacious and included full sized refrigerator.

Breakfast was advertised but there was hardly anything. I think muffins and maybe oatmeal. When I looked my expectations were met with disappointment. Very nice kitchenette but they don’t supply anything- no silverware, no dishes, so cups nor glasses and nothing to use to cook on the hot burner. That was so weird to me. Our shower handle was broken too but we reported it and the front desk said they’d have it fixed. It was only an overnight stay so we dealt with it.
