Very nice for an emergency stay

Never stay at this place, they need to be turned in. Horrible.

The location was close to a destination spot. I can't say anything else nice.

There was NEVER anyone available at the front desk. The cards only worked 50% of the time and I'm disabled. I informed the front, and they were already aware. They recommended to just put a rock in the door on my way out. What a joke! I tried that and of course someone else went out and I was locked out again. The room was filthy, yes, I took photos. I plan on filing a complaint with corporate, the experience was so bad. One staff member "Tyler," promised to bring kitchen supplies, but never did. When we called back, he said we were supposed to come get it. There are flyers in every room stating that they bring it to you. I would never recommend this place. The grab n' go breakfast is coffee, muffins and oatmeal. You don't even get fruit.

Room was noisy. Heard upstairs plumbing all night. Free breakfast was 3 prepackaged muffins and 4 granola bars. The mirror in the bathroom is not in front of the sink.

ok for a cheap quick stay

convenient. nice big room.

bed was so hard and I felt the springs. didn’t get much sleep. guy who checked me in was kind of scary and was in his phone with someone the entire time.

I filed a claim due to my not staying at the site after finding waste in the toilet, and the refrigerator was filthy. I talked with the site desk manager and received a $0.00 balance receipt with a check-in/ check-out date of 12/30. The room was disgusting.

Staff was nice and polite.

Really noisy place at night, lots of dogs barking in the establishment and people yelling in the corridors. It's not the staff's fault, but the walls are thin so it makes it difficult to sleep well. Room was ok, but I expected it to be more confortable for the price.

This place has cockroach infestations and they seem aware of it by staffs reaction to my reporting.

They refunded my money and cancelled my 2nd night without a hassle.

I was put in a room, killed a cockroach then another and staff seemed aware of roaches stating "most people don't complain about roaches". The second rooms also had roaches which caused me to find a new hotel and check out. Absolutely disgusting to rent infested rooms.

Not really a breakfast. Was expecting more of choices as suppose to the little muffins.

The lighting in the first floor hallway is so dark. Need more lighting I think.

Will not be staying at this franchise again.

decent location, outside was clean, parking was good. Inside of room had a smoke/wet carpet smell. No dishes or sink soap available in room, I was told my a family member, you have to ask for it at the front desk.

no one was at desk after hours for check in and we had to wait about 30 minutes. Would have been longer had the people before us not go looking for the worker, which they said she was in the laundry room. When we were helped she was nice and pleasant.
