Room cleaner

Well to start when I went to check in my reservation was there but Jennifer Said I still had to pay in order to stay because the virtual card that was sent over from booking .com your website so I got charge twice especially when out of town on vacation and three hour drive and having to deal with checking in and still having to pay again for the same room twice not fun

The fenced parking

Nothing else. Bad security. Bad service. And filthy. Needles everywhere. I would like a refund.

Not as advertised. Breakfast was just a grab & go cart w/ granola bars/packaged muffins & coffee/tea. Lobby check-in was not open 24/7; I almost didn't arrive in time. The halls smelled like dogs. My room smelled like incense (or pet carpet cleaner), and the room's refrigerator hummed all night. The room's kitchen was bare; you had to request dishes and cookware. They had no wine openers. The room wasn't cleaned when I left work for the day; apparently they only do it at check-in and check-out. I've stayed at many Extended Stays and this one was the worse. NO amenities, no gym etc. I'd be bored to death if I had to stay there for more than 2 days.

nothing at all it smelled like mildew throughout building, staff was never at frfont desk always gossiping in front smoking a cig.

they allow people with pets to stay there as well and during my visit me having no pets got bit by fleas and have had to bomb all my clothing belongings becuase of infestation.

The location was close to the highway. Starbucks was within a short walk.

The kitchen area was dirty (microwave filthy, for example). The bathroom ceiling had mysterious stains, the bathtub needed scouring, the bathroom sink was clogged and GROSS. Overall, the room was desperately in need a a serious cleaning overhaul.

it was extremely dirty. under the bed there’s was bunch of old and dirty belongings. pillows were extremely gross. they were dirty and stinky.
