Value for money if you stay near SF airport

Breakfast is very plain. It could be made richer by just adding one or two sides.

Our room wasn't replenished properly during our stay. They only added new towels. Beds weren't made, and they didn't leave enough tea/coffee.

Bearable but not for the rate

Clean, comfortable, beware the airport shuttle is no longer complimentary

Convenient to the airport

They are now charging for the airport shuttle. I feel like that should have been disclosed ahead of time and not at checkin. The decor was a bit worn and dated, even though booking.com said it was recently refurbished.

The hotel is OLD. The room had a weird stale stench. Outlets in the bathroom didnt work. At night its loud. You can hear the people's conversations outside and the rooms next to you. Parking is an extra charge.

The front desk staff were friendly, professional and helpful.

The free breakfast exceeded my expectations. I thought it would just be a continental style buffet however; on offer were scrambled eggs, hot porridge and a variety of breads including bagels with cream cheese. Good coffee as w The location was excellent with the village of Milbrae offering shops, cafes and restaurants within very close walking distance. Trader Joe's nearby. My room was clean and a good size.

Close proximity to eateries, clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful

No disposable sleepers for guest to use. No free airport shuttle service.

This hotel will be my first choice if I ever come back to San Francisco.

very friendly staffs from the check in to the checkout and everything’s in between. restaurants are next to hotel with variety choices of food types. shuttle are available to airport only $6 one way.

Superb

The location was perfect. We needed something close to the airport. The breakfast was good and we arrived a little early, so it was nice to be able to get into our room without having to wait. There were several wonderful restaurants right across the street, which was a bonus! The staff was super friendly and helpful at the front desk also!

The shuttle hours were so limited, it didn't really help us much. Out of four trips to/from the airport we could only use the shuttle one time.

Overall great. Severe weather could have caused issues but the staff handled it impressively.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were comfortable. The paid wifi worked well. Room was on the 1st floor and easily accessible. Did have a shower for the elderly ‘ people with disabilities. Thought the shower worked well, the water did flood onto the bathroom tiles. Had to take a towel to prevent it from going onto the room carpet. Overall experience was great.

There was a big storm that night. 1st floor was flooded, and the carpets were soaked. Staff did a great job In sandbagging the area to prevent anymore water from coming in. Thank goodness the water did “not” go into the room.

Rooms deserve a bit of updating but very conveniently located near SFO and BART

This property is very conveniently located near SFO Airport and walking distance to BART/Caltrain station. There’s a good selection of restaurants walking distance as well. Our family also enjoyed the included breakfast. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful from the breakfast staff, room cleaning, to the front desk.

Rooms need updating. They curtains looked old and the sofa pull out mattress was in terrible shape.

Room size, staff

Refrigerator cannot keep dairy products,fresh. Milk turned bad after12 hours. No 24 hours shuttle, my next trip will arrived 12 midnight, cannot book this hotel.
