Que se me quedó el cargador de mi celular y me devolví a buscarlo y cuando llegue ya habían limpiado la habitación y el cargador nunca apareció, me parece de mal gusto y yo sé q la responsabilidad de mis cosas son mías pero q si lo olvido y me devuelvo lo más lógico es q El personal de limpieza si encuentra algo lo dejen en recepción por si se devuelven pero mi cargador nunca apareció. Que tristeza porque el hotel lindo y el personal q me atendió muy amable, pero ese insidente si fue desagradable la verdad.

No breakfast location ok
No heat and it was very cold out. Half the things didn’t work. Couldn’t get a bill at checkout. Was b promised she would email it but I’m still waiting. Won’t stay there again

It’s dirty , dusty and saw one bug crawling on the floor , balcony and chair in it dirty. Lampshade and coffee maker dirty

The view, location, the staff was super nice.the amenities was great. I enjoyed myself immensely and planning on coming back in August 2023..I even loved my room#132
I had to leave to go back home to work. My short visit left a big impact on me and my daughter.

This is a budget motel-type property aimed at families with children, located in a convenient spot at the north end of the boardwalk. Not modernized, reminiscent of the '1960's, and still in reasonably good condition.

I loved the view!! Watching the waves at night and in the morning was amazing! The pool and hot tub were also very nice! Loved the color changing lights
Doors of empty rooms were left open at night, made a kinda creepy vibe!

The price was a great deal and the staff was so kind and inviting. Plus, their indoor pool was open 24 hours. Most hotels don't have an indoor pool and if they do they close very early.
The building is a bit older but for its age, the rooms are incredibly clean. The hallways were a little damp but the weather was most likely the cause as it rained a lot while we were there.

dirty, the bathroom vent and heating vents were filthy a wash cloth was on the curtain rod stains on the carpets. I will pay more and stay in a cleaner place won’t go back to flagship

My husband and I loved our stay here for our anniversary. Staff was very nice and helpful! Loved the pool table on site, being on the boardwalk, and the seriously comfy bed! Very clean!

The location was great as well and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The whole place was filthy and very outdated.

Hotel staff is very friendly I love staying there because the pool and hot tub are open 24 hours very reasonable price
I stayed in room 127 and the hallway leading to my room smelled like somebody urinated on the carpet it wasn't a very good smell walking to my room that was a disappointment

The value. The room was clean. A good place for families with children since a play area is in the center of a courtyard.
The parking was not sufficient for the capacity. The only thing that is near the boardwalk is the pool. The hotel's decor does need some update.
