Worst hotel ever , overpriced

Nothing Very bad place Very small room and not clean

No smart TV Matress is bad AC sound is like a jet over your head , you will not sleep Towels are not clean , they look yellow Room is very small They use bad smelling detergents When you book you will find the options of ( no prepayment needed) then when you book they will send you bank account in order to transfer the money and if you want to cancel they will charge you

لم اكن مرتاح تماما خلال اقامتي في الفندق

يوجد باص للحرم للاسف اخر رحلة الساعة 10.30 م بعدها تظطر تاخذ تاكسي والديكور جيد نوعا ما اضافة الى السرير مريح

طلبت تنظيف الغرقة بلغوني انها تنتهي الساعة الثانية ومن بعدها لا يتم التنظيف اذا تم الطلب بعد 2 م والغريب ان اقامتي خلال شهر رمضان والمفترض خدمة تنظيف الغرف تكون من 3م حتى 9م في رمضان او عند طلب النزيل والمناشف الموجودة مستهلكة لدرجة ان لونها مصفر وبعضها مقطعة المكيف صوته مزعج جدا روائح الطبخ من الاجنحة الاخرى تصل للغرفة بشكل مزعج جدا الموقع بعيد عن الحرم خصوصا في زحمة شهر رمضان بالذات في اوقات الصلوات لا يناسب كبار السن بالذات في شهر رمضان سعر التاكسي من الفندق للحرم 10ريال والعكس تصل الى 30ريال بالذات مع اغلاق بعض الشوارع حول الحرم بعد صلاة القيام من ناحية موظفي الاستقبال بعضهم جيد

Beautiful umrah stay

It was fully maintained huge rooms clean and beautiful entrance and rooms and they have amazing shuttle service to haram which make it more great hotel choice i will surely recommend this hotel if you are coming for umrah

Breakfast, shuttle service to/from Masjid Nabawi. Restaurant adjacent to the hotel with delicious food.

Guests in next room with 3 loud children, first night was horrible! Next morning the receptionist changed our room. Thanks to her.

Good hotel and good service,

The beds were very comfortable , The breakfast buffet was ok, the main dishes changed every day. The shuttle bus was frequent and on time, it was difficult for us to catch the return bus as it always leaves early. The hotel has underground parking which I didn't use as I always parked outside in the open field next to the hotel.

The AC compressors were very noisy and annoying during the night. It is far from Almsjed Alnabawe, we booked a suit with a small kitchen, the kitchen lacks a lot of necessary kitchen ware and no dish washing liquid or sponge , you can use it only to make coffee and tea or use the microwave to heat up your food which we could not use because it had the wrong size glass plate that was not able to rotate. Floor carpet have many permanent stains.

It would be beneficial to consider diversifying and improving the options to cater to different preferences.Let them take the breakfast presentation in European, Turkiye hotels as an example. Staff Interaction: While the staff was generally helpful, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of welcoming guests. A warmer and more attentive approach can significantly contribute to a positive overall experience. Hotel Location: The hotel's location, while convenient, seemed a bit far from Masjid al-Nabawi. A closer proximity to this significant landmark would enhance the appeal for guests visiting for religious purposes. Minibar Selection: I suggest considering a more varied selection of soft drinks in the minibar. This would provide guests with more choices and contribute to a more satisfying in-room experience. Room Cleanliness: I noticed that the room carpets were not as clean as I would have expected. Ensuring a consistently high standard of cleanliness is crucial for guest comfort and satisfaction.

لا يوجد شئ جميل يذكر 😭

لا يوجد اي شئ فيه جميل

الموظفين نظافة الغرف الفطور سيئ جداجدا مثل الماء الغرف بعدد في اليوم 2 حباتين الشاي مع شرب واذا طلبت منهم يقول الموظفه لك في يوم 2 ماء فقط ماء الحمام مجاري كل في الغرفة النوم بخصوص موقف سيارة تنتظر ربع ساعه حتى الموظفه تفتح لك البوابه الدخول الموقف بخصوص الفطور بصراحه لا يستحق هذه مبلغ 45 ريال الشخص الواحد وكثر الفطور معلبات مثل زيتون وحمص ؟ بخصوص عامل النظافة خاص حق المطعم يحاول ويبذل كل جهده بان يوفر الكثير الفندق مثل المفروض بعد الاكل شخص يتم تغير الاوراق لي على الطاوله بس عامل يحاول ينضف تلك الاوراق ويرجعها ثاني الموظفة الاستقبال حق المطعم شافة ذلك

فندق مرتب نظيف.

المواصلات. التفكيري ان كل ساعه يطلع الى الحرم ولكن كان في اوقات الصلوات بس. وانتظاره قليل. بعد الصلاه.

Excellent hotel, amazing shuttle service and a good breakfast

Rooms were a good size and clean..we booked a suite and double bedroom. There were two bathrooms and two bedrooms in the suite with a kitchen and a washing machine. With kids washing machine was a blessing.Breakfast was nice and had a lot of variety. Shuttle to masjid-e nabvi was excellent. It would take us the ground floor parking and just an escalator above was the main female gate to the mosque. My mum who has arthritis and cant walk a lot managed very easily. Staff was very well mannered and accomodating.

Shower closets in the bathroom should either have a curtain or a glass door as its almost impossible to keep the water in while taking a shower. The whole bathrooms becomes wet due to this. It is a small thing but is easily fixable.

1-لباقة الموظفين وحسن تعاملهم 2- انتظام الخافلة بشكل مميز 3- البعد عن مواطن الازدحام 4- النظافة جيدة جدا ومحتويات الجناح كانت ممتازة ومتكاملة 5- وجبة الافطار ممتازة

السعر مرتفع نوعا ما 2- لم يكن الجناح جاهز بالرغم انه تم الزامنا والتواصل معنا لدفع قيمة الجناح لليلة الأولى من قبل اسبوع من من موعد الحجز ومع ذلك للاسف وصلت الساعة الثامنة لم يكن الجناح جاهز واضطررت للانتظار ( استقبال غير متوقع ) 3- لاتوجد مرونة اطلاقا فبالرغم من الظروف الصحية وحاجتي للتمديد تم الرفض اطلاقا واضطررت للمغادرة ؟؟؟؟؟

Best hotel to stay at Madina in value for money

Neat and clean hotel. Best shuttle service and takes you directly to Haram parking near the ladies' gate. Very good restaurant next to the hotel and the great super market infront of the hotel.

Breakfast needs further addtion of variety.

Room and shuttle service

Limited choices of breakfast. Food quality is very poor. Breakfast chef Mr Imran is rude and doesn’t know how to cook egg. Pancakes for kids is good idea but have no Nutella chocolate stuffs. They should provide more frequent shuttle service till late night.
