Great location and very comfortable stay.

The hotel overall was extremely clean. Location can't be beat. The bed was very comfortable.

Great location; friendly staff

Extremely great location…easy walking to many sights/shopping/different areas; especially if you are used to walking. Metro and bus are steps from the hotel. Comfortable lobby to relax and enjoy a cocktail or play a game/ socialize with family.

Not enough elevators for size of hotel; really would like to be able to have free coffee

Parfait

La localisation est parfaite (et pas seulement parce qu'on est à Myeong-dong : avec les transports publics, on rejoint les différents quartiers de Seoul rapidement et facilement), la chambre est parfaite, tout le matériel nécessaire durant un voyage est à disposition dans la chambre ou dans l'hôtel...

J'ai tout apprécié, sauf peut-être l'attente des ascenseur qui est assez longue mais dans une si grande tour, j'imagine que c'est normal et puis j'étais en vacances, je n'étais pas pressée =)

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Séoul.

Le lit était vraiment confortable et l’emplacement idéal. Un arrêt de bus pour l’aéroport est à côté de l’hôtel ainsi qu’une entrée de métro.

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas au niveau du prix. J’ai eu beaucoup mieux dans d’autres hôtels pour un peu moins cher.

We had an amazing stay and will definitely come and stay again at this hotel next time we will be in Seoul.

The hotel is near Subway station Euljiro 3(Sam-ga) and the Myeongdong shopping area is just maybe 10mins-walk from the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Restaurants and convenience stores are just right around the corner. There is even a Starbucks and restaurant on the ground floor. Our room was on the 21st floor and had nice view of the city.

ロケーション最高　地下鉄の出口12から1分かかりませんスタッフが笑顔で対応してくれますお部屋は広いとは言えないけど清潔感有り

部屋で周りの音が聞こえて来た（耐えられないほどでは無い）お値段はお得感は無いけどこのクラスであれば納得出来る

주변에 맛집이나 지하철역이 있고 찾아가기 좋았어요

먼저 부킹닷컴에 예약했을때 부모님 결혼기념일이라 2주가량 일찍 예약하고 좋은 뷰를 부탁드렸는데 저층(10층)에 바로 앞백병원이 바로 딱 보이는 곳이었네요. 좀 고층으로만 주셨어도 좋았을텐데 하는 아쉬움이 있어요. 또 한가지! 트윈룸을 예약했는데 그게 조식 1인만 포함이었어요. 제 실수인지, 부킹닷컴 오류인지는 모르지만 호텔 예약시 트윈 베드이면서 조식 1인만 포함일지는 예상치 못하죠. 예약 사이트에 트윈베드룸(조식1인포함) 이라는 설명을 반드시 써주시면 좋을것 같아요. 호텔 직원분께 말씀드리니 부킹 닷컴 사이트 자체에서 한거라 보인들은 관계없다, 책임없다만 말씀하시는데 그건 호텔에서도 신경쓰셔야 할 부분인것 같아요 직업정신이 있어 보이진 않았네요. 참! 가시분들 요즘 환경보호 차원에서 객실내 일회용품이 없어요(칫솔 등) 호텔에서 칫솔 4000원에 판매하는데 바로 옆 편의점에서 저렴하게 구입하시면 됩니다. 가성비 호텔이라기엔 가격대에 비해 이도저도 아닌 좀 애매한 서비스입니다. 참고하세요. (평일 수-목 1박2일 조식포함 22만원입니다. )

Nice comfortable room. Good space for luggage, desk and nice views of mountains. Train station right across from the hotel. Sound proof rooms, couldn’t hear above and wasn’t disturbed. Would come back here.

Hotel has heating set to hot and temp cant be adjusted. It’s either on or off. Luckily window available to cool room down. Location isn’t in the centre of Myeong-dong. Usually this would be perfect, but in the winter it is handy to stay a little closer. Rooms and hotel a little outdated but not an issue.

Fiyat & Performans açısından gayet iyi bir tesis.

Otel merkezi bir konumda ve temiz bir tesis. Havalimanından otele ve yine otelden havalimanına en rahat ulaşım imkanı olan Airport Limousine (ring otobüs hizmeti) durağı otelin hemen önünde bulunuyor. Ayrıca yine metro durağı da otelin hemen önünde bulunuyor. Etrafta kahvaltı yapılabilecek veya bir şeyler yiyip içilebilecek güzel cafeler mevcut.

Odanın banyosunda el havlusu yoktu. Bunun dışında eksik bir şey dikkatimiz çekmedi.

Lovely stay

The location is superb. Close to everything and in the heart of myeongdong. Very clean and comfy. Good housekeeping. Friendly and helpful staff especially Hani and Violet. Comfy beds and spacious room and bathroom. Strongly recommended.

The rain shower head had low pressure so I didn’t get to enjoy the shower. The breakfast buffet and the room service menu were a little limited with no variety.

Great location and room, housekeeping could be improved

Location right next to trainstation entrance and myeongdong shopping area is hard to miss. Near some nice cafes and a starbucks is on level 1/ground floor Room was nicely furnished with sufficient size and reasonably new/modern facilities

Housekeeping lacked the attention to detail you would expect Some examples over the 4 night stay that really bothered us - the used cups were never replaced, room service plates/cutlery were not promptly removed, some dust collection in corners / lack of wiping down surfaces

They have sensors lights in the doorway which means that if you get up in the middle of the night the whole room is awake due to the light. The shower floor had not been scrubbed in a while so felt gross

Staff were incredibly helpful and had good English. Room was very clean with great view of Seoul

We wanted a king size bed however these rooms are a weird layout. The Tv is on a side wall which means it doesn’t face the bed and there is a large rectangular table and benches as you enter then you have to wedge your way around to the bed and bathroom. Terrible rooms and to be avoided. All other rooms have a much smaller size bed but far better layout with more room for luggage

Местоположение отличное, рядом метро, куча ресторанов, магазинов. Номера чистые, есть вода и лед на этаже, убираются каждый день. Удобные подушки и матрац. Три лифта работают без задержек.

Номера маловаты для двоих с чемоданами. В остальном все отлично.

Perfect location, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay in the center of Seoul.

The location was perfect. It's just a few steps from a metro station and from a huge range of great cafes, bars, and restaurants. We could walk to most of the major sites in the center without any issue at all. Basically impossible to beat the location. The room was very clean, large, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We didn't have the breakfast because it's so easy to get out and find your own food :)

Location was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Some staff were friendly and helpful.

Some staff could be friendly rather than too business like and curt. Lifts can get very busy and slow (insufficient).

お部屋がとても清潔だった。トコジラミはどうですか？と聞いたら、そんなの出たら1匹でも一斉休業します。どうぞご安心ください、と、とても自信満々にこたえてくださったので、好感が持て安心できた。

広いお部屋をご用意くださったので、ゴミ箱が３つくらいあると良かった。

Good peaceful after rural hotels mainly failed us in quailty and staff

Good location for much of Seoul. High rooms great views staff OK but not engaged with us. Big hotel atmoshere and too few lifts. Lifts are BAD. On 26th floor and this lift issue caused major 10 minute waits.

lifts only 3 for 26 floors. Staff a bit slow and you have to ask all the questions as they do not anticiapate. English was OK and better han my non Koean!

A very good and well located hotel

Hotel is comfortable and very well located. It is very close to a subway station and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom as also good and the shower was amazing. Breakfast had many options including local, asian and western food . Gluten free bread is available upon demand.

I used the money exchange machine to both get cash and a card for the subway,, bus, etc. I topped the card but the machines in the subway station were unable to read it albeit money was there. Recommendation: obtain only cash. I got my money back thanks to the hotel staff, fortunately.

The location is very convenient, room is clean. Requests were serviced promptly. Recommend it.

The location is very convenient. The hotel is at subway line 2 exit 12. Exit 12 has escalator, easy for transporting luggages. The airport bus is near the hotel, 2 minutes walk to the bus stop.

We found some tiny bugs in the bathroom. That's a little annoying but we didn't get bitten.

Great value, great location.

The hotel is very well located close to a lot of eateries and very convenient to a metro station in addition to bus service. The staff is very pleasant and the rooms were comfortable. Overall a great hotel to visit.

Schönes, zentrales Hotel im Herzen von Seoul mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Das Hotel bietet eine sehr zentrale Lage. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr sauber und das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine U-Bahn Station liegt direkt neben dem Hotel und bietet gute Anbindungsmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel stellt einen kostenlos Zahnbürste Zahnpasta und hat Pflege Artikel zur Verfügung.

Leider gab es keine Badewanne.
