Great location close to shops and just off the freeway. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Some of the room furniture was a bit tired

Not as pictured. No private patio for patio room. Patio door very hard to open. Everything was dingy. Tiny bathroom. Furniture is worn.

I paid 182.40 on booking before arriving and was told that they needed to take 235.68 for a “authorization purposes”, but when I asked to see the policy which I’m legally allowed to see they said they don’t have one and couldn’t give me a reason as to why I need to be charged 235.68

The location was great for the event we attended.

The room was nice, large and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent every day.

Lack of room service and, amazingly, no safe in the room which meant I had to carry my passports, monies, etc., at all times during my stay.

They aren’t worth the cost - hotel is a little run down and they are understaffed. Had trouble with remote and AC and couldn’t get in touch w front desk without a long hold.

Pool, hot tub, quiet, comfy, restaurant on site with healthy options !

Breakfast was good, service there excellent. After dinner drinks in the lounge was pleasant. Patio room very useful for dog access.

$100 pet fee too high and was not explained in advance.

We shared a patio with the room next door and we observed someone from that room smoking on the patio and our room stunk after he was there

Easy access to San Francisco. Close proximity to local supermarket. Has good fitness center and laundry. Good staff.

The rooms were a little aged.

There was really nothing I liked about the hotel.

The staff were very unhelpful to the point that it seemed like they were upset that people were staying at the hotel.

Clean and comfortable, ample parking lot. Quiet and great staff. While we didn’t use it, the pool area looked very nice. There was a wide variety of selections for breakfast.

The breakfast was very good, but it was quite pricey.

The hot tub was a bit dirty. There was also a lot of old debris in the parking lot from carpets that had been removed and other things. Also the phone charger on the nightstand didn’t work.

Lack of response from hotel. I left several messages and never got a response. Sunday evening minimal staff in restaurant and bar although the two people who were working tried to be very helpful and responsive.

I book two double rooms And they give me 2 single rooms

Lovely room, comfy bed, great tv.

Food available was quite limited in the evening.
